- Here's a little TWW history mixed with some reasons why the Wild West might be going through what it is. The game takes painfully long to update and it's honestly impossible to wait on any longer.
If you hear a ring in this video I apologize, I believe one of my computer fans has a chip in it creating a high pitched humming noise as it spins.

I just wish the devs were more open about the issues and not give us false hope by staying silent.
I agree there isn't nearly enough transparency, but if it is serious personal stuff I can understand. But at least some sort of sneak peek stuff to keep people posted on the progress.
The auction update was a turning point, the sheer inability to combat other players who had connections was extremally annoying. It made it so casual players stood no chance in pvp. Meanwhile some random faction dude got a spitfire because he had all of his guys grind for one for him.
I REFUSE to Believe that there isn’t at least ONE able person that’s interested in becoming a dev for this game. This game has so much potential, it just needs more devs!

Honestly, they are a HUGE game studio, with a ton of people in their Discord. What I think they should do, make a contest to vote on an animal they want in the game, what ever wins, set up another contest to create the best model of that animal you can. Then all the devs gotta do it animate and script it.

Well, this could be very similiar to Minecrafts Idea of hosting a yearly event to add a new animal/item to the game
It would keep the community active and could revive the game every now and then
The only downside to this is there could be controversy over different features being added.
(And lets be honest, if they had a vote to add a capybara to the game it would win by a landslide)
I just fear that they will suddenly drop the game unexpectedly, nonetheless good video and tackled everything thats going on in the game for the past few months

@@fre_nzy I disagree. The game is still in early assess: its a beta. Progression and building need time to work out, rushing the devs wont fix anything.
This is why Frenzy is such a great TWW UA-camr and I'm ok withhim making videos about SBS being slow to update - he said "stagnant" not "dead"

I just hope the developers haven't given up their hope on this project of the Wild West and its community. It is rapidly declining everyday, in the game being played, game player count and content being made on the game. Hope they can honestly update or give some new sneak peeks.
I still do love this game, hell, I grinded for a spitfire and several other auction items. However I play a lot less frequently after several friends of mine got unrightfully permanently banned because of improper anti-cheat. It is important to say they were long-time Wild West players, and most of them had auction weapons such as lancaster pistol and/or the paterson revolver, hence why they quit the game. With that said, love your video. Keep up the good work.
I agree with this auction update destroying the game. Ever since it came out, the game just became “make money to get a gun so you can actually be on the same level as people who dedicate their low miserable lives to shoot others in a Lego game”. It’s just a grinding and trading game now. Along with that the amount of sweaty kids and toxic fools who have spent their whole life sweating on this game also ruined the community.
The thing I don't understand is how its possible to be setback from covid. We were trapped in our homes for months. That should have been a time for more updates? Im sick and tired of the developers laziness, lies, procrastination, giving me and thousands of other players a false sense of hope.
Great video! I haven't touched the game in a while but thinking about getting back into it. Part of me is sad that it seems they're losing motivation on this project, but at least this means I didn't miss much haha

In my opinion, I believe that TWW will be successful in the future, as you said, the Progression update might be just what they need. I agree with a lot of points that you said here and I do indeed wish that the developers spoke more about the issues, sure, it is understandable if they are personal but, at this rate, I don't really know who is developing and if they are developing, we've seen developer blogs which make it seem like the update is almost ready but then afterwards it just feels like a silence for months. Another thing is, the PVP is a complicated part of the game for me, I used to Quickswitch and Shift-Shoot, but as of now, I just like to mess around, joining in people who are raiding forts and blowing things up just for fun, usually if I'm playing the game it's mostly with my friends and we usually just wreck havoc in Bronze City.
I can completely understand about them needing to take their time but I really don't know if they really are developing, perhaps at least posting sneaks, even if it's about the smallest stuff, it can still be enough to show people that they still are developing. Hopefully the game will soon receive updates.

@@rodolfo9876a I know that, but we act as they haven't shown any spoilers. At this point they've shown us a fair bit of content, and we got the general idea of what the next update will look like, how it will function, and what rewards it will bring. Anything _else_ is not set in stone.

This video tells the whole story of what is happening in the game, i think thats great! i used to be a relative famous trader (known for owning lancaster #2) and an advisor for values in the community, but i quit a while ago. The game has just slowly been dying due to all the doxxing drama, lack of devs, toxic playerbase and especially the trading community. I'd say the game is still good, especially for new players. I just think that it sucks to have everything ruined in your game over some doxxers and toxic players.

I have a suggestion that would make tww better my suggestion is that tww shouldn't focus on huge updates instead they should make smaller updates every few weeks such as new auction weapons and new horses If they added more auction weapons that would solve a couple of problems it would make the game more active and it would also give players more options to choose from It would also lower auction house prices and make trading easier one big problem I see with trading is that everything's value is so far apart you have guy cot pistols going for like 40k then you have a rife going for like 80k and then a lan a proto and a kukri going for like 120k and thats another problem those 3 guns lan,proto and kukri are worth the same there no room for upgrades and down grades because there pretty much the same guns and then from those guns you go to a million dollar spitfire If they added more guns all the guns values would drop and it would make room to trade for upgrades or downgrades kinds of like roblox limiteds trading and other games for example like adopt me the reason why people like them is because there so many items you dont have to work that hard to upgrade or downgrade items In tww there only like 8 weapons you can trade and there all so far apart you cant upgrade or downgrade instead you have to spend hours and hours grinding. Thats all I have to suggest really just add more auctions guns and make the values cheaper maybe im just crazy and people like grinding 1mil for a gun that you can pretty much only use for sniping, anyways I hope this message gets to a developer or someone and take this into consideration. and to the rest of you, there are some small things we could do to make the game better for everyone. stop sweating in pvp, hangout in different parts of the map, like howling or silvertown, or any bar on the map. and be nice to other players, especially jew ones, and introduce your friends to the game.
Funny. I kinda just chill in silver town as it is my favourite town in this game. But it’s just so deserted.

I hope this game picks back up, around 1.2 player so not as dead as other on roblox, I’ve just joined and have been having a blast playing solo.
I left like 2-1 years ago and man, looking at how its been going, it won't be well in another year.
i remember when noone had a gun someone else didnt, and if you were new, it wouldnt take much grinding to get the good weapons. the auction house update made me lose hope, because i realised just how much grinding i would need to do to get these ridiculously overpriced weapons. new gens almost have no chance against the veteran players now.

The problem with the devs are they give update in big chunks rather than small and consistent update
For example the new guns. Spencer Carbine and the pump action shotgun that idk the name of
It's already "functional". The AI can use it and it does deal damage. Why cant they just release it instead of holding it back until the "big update" comes

Idk if progression update is a good idea, seems like a grindy update which tbh i am sick of grinding i think the also long awaited fishing update which is also an new mechanic would be really fun since idk if ppl know but yes tww haves fish and they look beautifull.
I like the idea of it cause with every level you progress you will receive rewards. It’ll be grindy but still rewarding

Ive been in the faction community for a while, the main reason the faction community took a big hit was because of removing quickswitch.
For many people it felt like a direct attack on our community, not to mention many faction members that spoke about it in the discord or ingame were getting banned.
There was no good reason for removing quickswitch. It was 100% uncalled for.

@@Stando-User for most of my time playing tww i had a average of around 20-30 fps. But was still considered one of the top pvpers of the factions i was in. Only thing fps effects is how the hartford feels, and well ofc how the game in general feels.
I just wish the auction items where in stores for like normal prices instead of having to bid. So that new players actually have a damn chance to compete without having to grind during a full summer. It would be better if Shcwarloze sold in the gun store for 25k or smth because it would become a PvP game not a simulator. And even I grind because I have no other option when players sit 333333333 hours bruh.

I was hyped for build update - they shouldn't have announced progression untill it can out or vica verca. Progression update should be fire especially with all the gamepass re-works ( the wild west is in the same state of rdr2 where the are no updates but when updates do roll out will be playing wild west over rdo)
I hope the devs would add like a new guns every some time, or something like that to have a small trickle of updates to keep the player base engaged with the game.
In my personal opinion, I believe the spitfire should either be changed into a Volleygun or plain made a 3 shot slow firing 'cannon'

Faction warfare is the best way to stay interested in the game

while some were being scammed of trumpets i was scammed of my 7k serial lancaster for a 12k kukri which i regret to this day
I am 14 i started pkaying at 11 and i almost lost a Lancaster once to someone "promising" a spit for it.
But as always there was someone 3rd party that would shoot me if i dropped the item

I once got my the wild west account got banned for 30 days with data rest, cus of the false anti-cheat error made the game break out so bad get me ban.
factions update didn't add forts, it took an additional month for forts to come out in its own update

Tww is semi friendly game for new players since there is sweats, toxicity and when you try to go mining you wonder where is all the gold or silver at

They didn't want to risk giving the truth so the player base count would drop
So they gave false hope to keep it alive

the faction community aspect really is it's side community. it's turned into the faction community making fun of sbs chatters / enjoyers and what has caused in turn, sbs chatters making fun of faction community. it's sad to see this split in one community

I think the point of the auction and high pricess are that bc they r so op. They have to be expensive. Yes it sucks for a low level player but if they were cheaper every one would have one and the true value of it as a pvp tool wouldn’t be there.
Well I agree they should have high value, but not hundreds of thousands of dollars like they were for so long. in my opinion, I think the frequency should have be raised so that more would sell more often.
@@fre_nzy agreed. However the mods cant limit the bidders. The Kukuri for example. When it first came out they averaged 400k to 550k. I got mine a month ago for 95k.

Its a great game and will probably be successful in the future, but I think removing quick switch kinda ruined the game for multiple reasons
1. factions can no longer have quick switching wars which was mainly the type of pvp we would use.
2. the reputation for a lot of huge quick switching factions is gone like (KM. ROMA. LOTUS. RAT. and MAPLE.)
3. dueling a noob is a fair fight now because of the delay after shooting, its no longer skill based it's just chance.
4. it just sucks.
other than that solid game and I still enjoy playing with friends it's just a lot more boring now.
Quick switching was just goofy. It was never intended to be in the game and was rightfully removed

70% of the reason the game is dead rn is because starboard removed advanced pvp so there’s no point in fighting. The factions literally carried the game like it was a few role players, the 11 year olds who play for 15 min after school, the grinders, and the montage creators/faction monkeys. Like we carried the game and now most of us left because PvP is spamming without skill now. This is a topic you should have touched on but I get most tww UA-camrs don’t really care about the highest Roblox game skill ceiling ever and just think of us as sweats and a small part of the community. The only reason I played 80 hours a week in PvP is because I chose it over many games because of how advanced it can be. It’s probably the hardest game mechanics to learn and master other then select few other games because let’s say your like way better then 5 people individually. I’m other games you can’t 1v5 them in 5 seconds but in tww you can. In plain open with one gun. It’s so advanced me learning skills 60-80 hours a week can’t even learn and be good at everything. Like I was never good at blind wall banging or very long range because I focused on extreme movement and positioning along with very good closer aim with the Hartford. Like I’d two tap in duels with hartford 60% of the time. And I got really consistent with monkey play styles like riding on a horse and jumping in the air and headshot scoping someone with hartford while next to them. My point is the game skill ceiling and capability is so high compared to almost every competitive esport and starboard removing it and making it now with only one gun instead of three (in the moment of fighting) makes it just mastering shiftshooting which is still hard and spamming. It’s way harder to 1v5 in the open now and requires less skill like you won’t be as good and it’s way too easy to learn the PvP mechanics now. Hope my opinion helps and here’s your medal for reading to the end.🏅
