Unfortunately no, or maybe fortunately, I dove in an area where Blue Ringed Octopus are known to be. I mostly saw a lot of fish, a few turtles, lot of crabs and a lot of wobbegongs, which are a shark, a very small shark. The Wobbegongs were probably the coolest thing I saw.
So what little I remember about the sleep magic is that it's utter hacks as you said whole communites screwed over all at once. Actually most idoneth magics are wild.... More relevantly I haven't watched ALL your skaven videos yet so you might not have covered Skretch Half Dead , Clan Skurvy, paddleboats etc, the skaven from before the world exploded into AOS did have lots of magnifcently wet watery stuff they just expanded on it later. Sadly pirate undead skaven were not made part of the vampire coast or skaven factions in total war and I know not why. T'is sad.

I did not know abou them before, they sound awesome. We haven't covered Old World Skaven yet but I'll be sure to check them out when we do.
