We live in a Universe that is clearly the result of intelligent design. That design is in perfect octave harmonic resonance with its self so therefore all of creation resonates in unison with a collective conscience with a interconnected light chord based collective energy net whose webbing constructs, laws and governances are all based on the same 16 SECTOR precepts. The documentation of all manifestations along with their translates into one Torus model finally explains all things both seen and unseen. The Torus model is the HOLY GRAIL of science and philosophy the documentation and explanation of which is contained within the pages of this document for the comprehension, edification empowerment and enlightenment of mankind. Therefore both living things, permanence in motion, and elements and Aether that are permanence at rest harmonically nest within each other maintaining a dynamic homeostasis manifesting Life and Matter from the infinite energy of the Aether.
The Aether is best viewed as the infinite (high DC charge density) still space of space, the best parable for which is that Matter (AC) is represented by bubbles of low charge density within the Aether and the Aether is the water that the bubbles occur within. The Torus model demonstrates the forms and devices used as mechanisms to create Life and Matter from the Aether and also demonstrates the opposite mechanisms to take away Life and destroy Matter and the way they are returned to the Aether. These systems are self evident and beyond question as evidenced by empirical observations of the nature of life, space, suns, black holes, planets and all manifest forms of energy and light and sound. All that the Torus model does is to make these observed and measurable manifestations capable of being understood by the human mind. In doing so it becomes the base for both scientific and philosophical enlightenment the inevitable consequence of which will be a new fundamental industrial and spiritual revolution. The Torus base for these revolutions incorporates quantum physics, relativity, Aether, Resonance, Light, Sound, Crystal form, Valencies, Positive and Negative charge, Para-magnetic and Dia-magnetic character, Phi, Pi, and all elements both in their light matter and opposite and opposed dark anti matter forms.
If we do not stop moving ourselves, air, water and matter by centrifugally explosive destructive forces we will destroy all living things including our planet by the positive charge generated by these actions. We must to survive ban all these explosive devices. We must immediately replace, explosive anti - clockwise death inducing positive charge generating devices, with life enhancing implosive constructive clockwise vortex devices now to save the planet and ourselves. If we do not do this now we will loose the net positively charged ionosphere that is held in place by the net negative charge of our atmosphere. An atmosphere that we are turning to a net positive charge by our ignorant use of counter life forces we have been manifesting and propagating within our now doomed society. Once we loose the ionosphere we loose our atmosphere and all oceans will evaporate and drown us in an eternal darkness. We will and must act now together to use water not hydrocarbons as the future fuel for our world.
People need to realize that new technology might exist beyond our comprehension. Imagine how the world felt when electricity was first harnessed inside a light bulb. I believe we have gone down the wrong path of technology that has led us to where we are today. It's not too late to introduce new technology. We just need to be OPEN to it.

This technology is already used in a much simpler form. It’s a new technology in the mining industry used to melt rock with sound. From what I’ve heard they shoot an extremely concentrated laser beam of highly tuned frequencies, tuned to the specific rock material, and if you get the correct frequency and concentrate it enough, you can heat the rock up making it very easy to cut.

My guess is Randall fell for Bendall's con because of how much praise Bendall has given him, and I not sure how much Handcock ACTUALLY endorses or backs Bendall. Kinda makes Randall Carlsen lose all credibility that he was swindled by this guy... Although I never listened seriously when he would mention sacred geometry stuff, was only interested in geology stuff but this makes me question his claims in that field too...
Lets break this down. First the turbine. A turbine is a machine that uses a working fluid to create rotary motion. Bendall states his turbine has no moving parts so how is it a turbine? The answer is it cant possibly be. He states it can be used for space travel....there's no bloody air in space. Ok lets say we are in the atmosphere, whats the driving principle for sucking the air in ? He keeps mentioning vortexes, to create a vortex in a chamber or pipe requires about 100 psi. He says " Our electron scavenging plasmoid drive creates holographic zero point matter.....erm what ?????. What does that even mean????? This has got to be a prank, it's just got to be !!!He then says " we move neodymium magnets through three copper coils"....but you've literally just told us theres no moving parts !!!!! At this point it is just absolutely utterly absurd. Hope Randall swerves this guy.

Seems to be be simply a refinement of GEET, with all parameters tuned as accurately as possible with the ECU and all that attention to design geometry/topology..
But just this week, after making all these wonderful designs, Bendall doesn't show a functioning turbine, but a modified OTR genset with a Perkins motor running very efficiently and ultra-clean- the modifications being only on the intake and exhaust systems, not at all the motor itself.
It is nothing to sneeze at, a 300KW generator running at lowered output of 200 or 250 KW, with very low CO2, CO, and almost no unburned HCs to speak of. The design is open-sourced, for anyone to try, with better results using stainless steel and copper for the intake/reactor/exhaust plenum, but still pretty amazing using mild steel. Bob Greenyer just posted a vid he made while visiting Bendall's test bed last week.(2023/10).
