It's a Filipino word too, though spelled differently. Looking back at world history, mainly Europe.. Italy, Spain, and Portugal are in close proximity to each other where the different languages formed and adapted from one another. ^^

Brick Media ... um , noooo . I've been in plenty of stores ( and breweries , delis , farms , wineries etc , etc ) like this in Europe , the U.S. and Canada ... and South America too ... that specialized in a particular product and whose owners are passionate and knowledgeable about what they sell..

Interesting shops. Really hope the chocolate shop gets their beans from slave-free plantations; maybe the owner mentioned it. This is a serious problem with cacao bean production and the shop people seem like progressive people. TFP; looking forward to the other vids from this Okinawa trip!
tamcon72 here in Vietnam, i can guarantee you that we dont use slaves or child labour for the cacao plantion, cause the % of cacao being planted is so minor that slavery is a stupid thing, and it's not a part of our culture.
+ *Vinh Nguễn* Good, but Ghana, for example, is notorious for using slave labor, and child slave labor, at that, for cacao bean production.

@@clarissavaida4058 I'm deeply ashamed and saddened about that disgusting tradition as part of my culture. But it is changing slowly and the younger Vietnamese generations are against it. Dogs and cats were always seen as friends (Not food) of my family when I was a little girl in VN.
