- We followed William Byron around for a day away from the race track. He showed us his apartment, his workout regimen, took us to lunch in Charlotte and then we hit the lake for some wake surfing. He's just a regular dude, as he likes to say.

I’m a new NASCAR fan and had to find someone to root for. I figured I’m the same age as Byron, he became good by playing video games, he’s number 24 and he’s also “new” to NASCAR (2 years in), so he’s someone I can root for for years to come, and he’s such a normal guy so rly relatable. It was a perfect fit. Also he’s good so that helps. Go 24
