In my state in the u.s. we don't hear about Tiffany ever. And they are a huge chain there's no way they only buy .004 %
Hey out of interest because it seems like most customers really are just after the brand and the box when speaking about tiffany. What certificate do most tiffany or all tiffany diamonds come with? GIA or do they do it in-house or with EGL or someone else?
