4. Growing relationship with chinese rivals such as vietnam , Japan, etc.

Ankur Gupta ! I agree that progress with jobs provided, is the ideal of what is "Progress". But I think that is an extreme definition you gave.
In th infancy of nationhood following independence, providing jobs amounted to government jobs. As the GoI also embarked on a Socialism as its pattern, everything was done by the government that became the job-provider. Remember, job is not the same as work. So having a job but with no matching production of work has eroded the national economy. PV as PM saw through this paradox & made India a free (Capitalist) economy, though the credit is given to Manmohan Singh who took instruction from the PM (PV). Then the providing jobs as a national policy arose & stood in front. In th4 later system it isn't government responsibility to provide them, but to enable it by creating the conditions. The wage-earner is left free to the market forces.

I belong from that place , santiniketan. And there's vusva Bharati university which was started by Rabindranath Tagore . Why xu beihong came to Santiniketan is Rabindranath Tagore first started Chinese teaching programme at hi university. And at that time there was many teacher and student exchange programs. At that time santiniketan's art department was also very famous. Nandalal Bose, vb bajpai etc famous teacher's used to teach there.
