Wow Tina you did an amazing job I never heard of that for wood “water lock” it going to look good in camper ! Your ideas are great put yours and Kim ideas put together will look good 👍 I like the white it will match the head board and Tv area !!!!!
The ship lap for you head board I think would work! You may have to put furrow strips vertically before the ship lap! That way you have something more solid to nail the ship lap too! Just my opinion! Kim might have a better idea! Much love from Northern Michigan!
I love your ideas for remodeling your RV. The only suggestion I have would be to slightly round the corners of that new tabletop to help prevent jabs into legs or hips in adults when getting into the seats and to prevent kids from getting a gash in their heads. Plus I would make sure that the tables not too long when the slides are in - if that area slides in & I think it does. ❤🙂
Tony is adorable! Can’t wait to see the new table top. As others have suggested, it would be good to round those outside corners. Also make sure those two inches will not hinder the slide in. It is going to be so nice!

I can't wait to see the table! You have some great ideas for the head board. I wonder about the peel and stick with the heat and humidity of your area. I had some peel and stick tile and wall paper in my former apartment. As soon as it got above 80f with humidity the tile would start sliding around and the wall paper would pucker and bubble even with our ac running on full power. I know you and Kim will come up with something and the results will be beautiful.

Hi Tina! Love the white shiplap! I would run the shiplap up the wall until the it starts to round off! Then cap it with some trim board and paint ceiling white! Or if those little wall cabinets are staying just run the shiplap up to bottom of them! If cabinets are staying I would paint them white or a colour you could that might co-ordinate with what colour the curtains and bedding be! Something else to think of!😂
I love seeing Tony in your videos!! I have 6 yorkies of my own in Cape Coral Florida. There are many Yorkie groups I belong to that give a lot of helpful information. We got a motorhome a few years back and have never used it because we both have health issues now. Sadly we will need to sell it. I wish we were 10 years younger and could have taken adventures with our yorkies.😊❤️
I love the Shiplap idea in the bedroom. The look flows from the living room to the bedroom when looking towards the front of the RV. Good job on the table top!!!
Most dinettes turn into an extra sleeping area. Probably could’ve taken table out and flipped over and taken screws out. Might think about when installing new tabletop. Be careful tv mount doesn’t interfere with slide. Love all your ideas for revamping. It’s gonna look great!!

It's different when it's yours and flipping one when it's for sell....But the time you and Rob gets done with it, it will be gorgeous and looking like a new one!! That's such a blessing that Jami and Lester gave it to you guys....That saved yall alot of $$....The heater and tv cabinet being white oh yeah, very pretty indeed plus white makes it look bigger too. I love decorating, I did room by room after my husband passed. Alot of work but it did me good then I replaced every floor to cherry Brazilian hardwood floors and they were beautiful. My friends didn't believe all I did and it looked amazing if I have to say so myself. 😅😅Well babie you're doing awesome, take care and God bless 🙌 each of you Living off the Hill in Texas!! Great job on removing the tabletop. I recommend that you consider rounding the two corners that will be out. From experience I know that when sliding in your seat you are more apt to get bruises from the sharp corner than the rounded corner. Can't wait to see the final results.

I think Lester would be pretty smart about that one and then doing your UA-cam channel doing flipping RVs. My husband and I used to do stuff like that. We learned a lot and then the other better part of that is that when you’re flipping RV you can use it for a few times and then you get something bigger and better and so you flip that one and you got a bigger better RV sending positive positive thoughts, your way ❤

I love the ship lap for the entertainment center. You need to make sure that when you close the slide, it will clear the TV when it's mounted on the wall. Or you could wait to mount the TV after the RV is on the property. As for the headboard, maybe use a beadboard paneling on it's side to mimic the ship-lap look. The paneling is thin so it could possibly make the curve to Mach the wall. It is white to go with the ship-lap look. I think you are doing an awesome job with the trailer and look forward to seeing all your progress. 💖

Can't wait to see the process and the final outcome. Just remember the slides will come in, so don't forget about that when adding things. It would be horrible to do all of that work and have to take it down when you get ready to close the slides. Good job! ❤
Tina, when you do your table top your gonna need a heat gun to remove air bubbles throughout your table top if you want a clear shiny finish, and make sure you put a covering on the floor were you are working, that stuff is messy to work with, it took me 3 attempts to get mine done right, mainly because of spreading it ( after it self levels) and trying to get all the air bubbles that form

I really like the TV and fireplace set up the way you have it now with a TV on top. I really like the white shiplap wall behind because it brightens the whole room up. My one suggestion for the table top, because it is sticking out a little further; maybe you might want to consider rounding off the two corners that are sticking out at the end so the little girls won’t ever hurt themselves on the points of a corner. Just a suggestion.
Great idea for the table! I like the idea for the TV/fireplace & having accessibility from the bathroom for more storage in there too! The headboard is tough - I’d need to see a couple choices … I was thinking the planks were going up& down not side to side 😆 Now I kinda wanna see a couple options and how they would work with it being curvy. Good afternoon 💕 Everything is coming together so beautifully, alot of great ideas!🤗 A thought for your head board design is maybe design it yourself that represents you both, your marriage your nationality like you mentioned in your shrimp boil, your alittle Cajun, he s Mexican! And create an unique headboard from that, like your doing a collage or scrapbook ect.. buy another large board or something from his or yours family farms to use as the base! Just a thought😁 thank you for sharing your projects, going to look amazing🥰
I lived in a camper because my husband works for the oilfield here in Texas and in our camper we put a mount up for the TV and you could pull it out and turn the TV sideways so then you both vsn see the TV better love your videos

I was going to suggest it too. I had kitchen countertops that was squared at the corners and they hurt…
I was going to suggest rounding off the corners too. With little grandchildren running around, it’s right at forehead level.

My one suggestion for the table top, because it is sticking out a little further; maybe you might want to consider rounding off the two corners that are sticking out at the end so the little girls won’t ever hurt themselves on the points of a corner. Just a suggestion.

Great idea for the table! I like the idea for the TV/fireplace & having accessibility from the bathroom for more storage in there too! The headboard is tough - I’d need to see a couple choices … I was thinking the planks were going up& down not side to side 😆 Now I kinda wanna see a couple options and how they would work with it being curvy. You’ll figure out something nice! …and I love your shirt🤣

Hi Tina. It's going to look so nice. Ya'll are doing a great job. What if you did the peel and stick up through the curve, to the top, and just put the shiplap up to the beginning of the curve, making the shiplap the headboard. I'm not sure I explained that very well. Anyway, just a thought.

Tina, most rv tables lift up and off to be able to make into a bed. You could flip it over to unscrew the bolts. Easy peasy ❤

Hello Tina, when you do your TV and fireplace make sure they are far enough in so when you put your slide in they are not in the way
I think you could have just taken the table top off and layer it upside down to remove the screws.You guys are going to have a beautiful camper,that you will so enjoy!

You could also think about mural wallpaper for the headboard. They have different scenes woodland ocean all kinds of pretty themes.

The table will look very nice an I love shiplap and it will be beautiful with the fireplace and TV mounted on it. My niece painted the walls and the cabinets in their RV it came out really nice she redid the bathroom also . Yours will be beautiful when you finish

Good afternoon 💕 Everything is coming together so beautifully, alot of great ideas!🤗 A thought for your head board design is maybe design it yourself that represents you both, your marriage your nationality like you mentioned in your shrimp boil, your alittle Cajun, he s Mexican! And create an unique headboard from that, like your doing a collage or scrapbook ect.. buy another large board or something from his or yours family farms to use as the base! Just a thought😁 thank you for sharing your projects, going to look amazing🥰

My son-in-law did a whole wall of peel and stick in a bedroom that looks like wood, and it’s awesome. I think that’s a great idea for the bedroom.
I lived in a camper because my husband works for the oilfield here in Texas and in our camper we put a mount up for the TV and you could pull it out and turn the TV sideways so then you both vsn see the TV better love your videos
Maybe try a peel and stick wallpaper for the curved wall by the bed. Whatever you decide I’m sure it will look great.
