Im so burned out on Tarkov after thousands of hours I can;t even watch the content anymore, but watching this was tense. I've done it once myself but didn't get that far. Tarkov should just be like this all the time for everyone, and get balanced around this. Also great editing, except subtitles could stand to be more than single words on the screen every split second. I get breaking up sentences in smaller chunks and there is definitely something to that but this extreme is just too busy and flashy.
The editing, the storytelling, the music, the b roll, everything about this video is top notch quality. Excellent work by all those involved. Keep the vibes high!
1:06:23 I was washing dishes and almost crapped myself. Lol But Jesse this is literally one of the best and all around well produced Tarkov videos I’ve ever watched. Well done my man!
The little stank rat laugh when you were talking about ratting the bridge on customs in the beginning was awesome, idk if many people caught the edit but much appreciated😂😂
Dude... I can not thank you enough for such a good content idea. I am 2 minutes into the vid and the way you play this game gives me the vibes I had back in the days when I first started to play Tarkov. I am one of the slow moving guys that plays the game like BSG show it in their trailers. Slow and immersive with a small taste of fear in you back because every step could be your last. Of course the way to play this game changed a bit (being the aggressor gives you an advantage in many cases) but in the core THIS shows me how i always wanted the game to be played. I complain about the current way, yada yada yada i know but its my personal opinion on that. Great music editing too! Keep this up. Its unbelievable entertaining and kind of heartwarming to see immersive and tactical combat in your favourite shooter game like this :D Thanks!
This brings me to a few years back when everyone I watched play Tarkov was so excited about the game, not playing it on "autopilot" yet. Sooo much fun to watch! You played so well, plus god-tier editing! Would def love to see more vids like this!
Really great editing in this one You really got me with the 'imagine if we walk into mines and die' line Jesse has totally done that exact thing before It's super interesting to see these two put in a situation where they are really really invested in survivng the raids Although I don't know why I expected to see more running away from fights this is Jesse and Sealable after all
Agreed! Those out-of-body shots were unexpected but really held my goldfish-like attention. Here's hoping Jesse pays his editors as much as AWM pays his "actors." ; D
Jesse baby, this was the best long-form Tarkov video I've ever seen, and I've been playing since Alpha Tarkov when Factory & Customs were the only maps. I doff my chapeau, sir!
Absolutely ultra top tier content! Superbly edited, I love how you included many cinematic camera angles, previews of map areas as you were moving through raids, and excellently entertaining gameplay and commentary. This truly is your best yet!
So for me, this is exactly how every one of my raids feel. Most of the time im under levelled and out geared, meaning survival is low and a priority especially if questing. The anxiety is absolutely immense, sometimes overwhelming. There is honest to goodness fear when encountering pmcs and supreme joy on winning a battle. You guys saying you were shaking, i literally tremble while fighting too. I believe everyone needs to experience this side of tarkov because THATS what makes it different to everything else
@@limyarplane1991 I'd love it if I don't have to be frustrated every times thinking I must've been killed by a hacker. It spoils the game for me, and I just get tired of it.
@@anhduc0913 yea pretty much in the same boat on that. its one thing to fight someone fair, its another thing for them to insta headshot you while your sprinting across the map from a thousand meters away with an ak
My buddy and I are casual players and when we duo (once or twice a week), this is exactly how we run our raids. I have 70% survival rate with 22 raid streak. Glad to see some streamers realizing the stress of tactically playing the game of survival instead of just chadding around without a care of living or dying :) Nice vid....watched it all the way thru no skipping.
this was absolutely wild start to finish. honestly have to applaud whoever works on your editing team because i cant even imagine how some of the shots were gathered without just loading into offline matches with the same kit and replicating the action with a third party observer. sounds like a bunch of work tbh. in any case, amazing.
Absolute blast to watch. Thoroughly enjoyed this! The editing was brilliant, really enhanced the whole thing! Would definitely watch more of this, it was intense! The cut with the landmine made me jump, haha :D
The fact there's all this extra work to create a 3rd person perspective or add a picture of the locations/loot they're talking about is incredible. It really makes the moments you captured in-game pop and feel more immersed, especially for people who don't know the game. Made me watch all these tarkov movies because they flow like an actual story. Awesome job to your editor/production team, this is KILLER work!
this gave me an adrenaline boost that only the first day of tarkov could've. you my good sir have just convinced me to replay tarkov. now I just have to convince my bud to join me.
Been playing fps games my whole life and followed major streamers for games like Call of Duty, Apex and even all the way back to the Halo 2 and Gears days. Started tarkov this wipe in late april for the first time and i stumbled upon your channel! Your videos have beeb extremely helpful to learn parts of the game, however this video is just a phenomenal watch and such good content 👍 keep up the good work man! Definitely a fan!
Tarkov in itself should be a more hardcore game. Currently its more... annoying and random, which is part technical issues, but also big part design issues.
This is some Pog editing Jesse! You've mentioned all the rust content you've been watching, it's clear. Great work! Love the PIP of the surrounding areas.
I have been watching your stuff for a few years now Jesse and this is by far the most entertaining piece of content you have ever made. Your concerns you expressed on the Pogcast should be no more! This was amazing to watch, keep it up dude.
Great video Jesse, haven't played tarkov in a long while and don't follow the game much anymore. I randomly clicked on the video and before I knew it I'm 25 minutes in. Can't wait to watch the rest in the evening!
I'll be honest I came into this video with the mentality of "I'll watch 10-15mins of this then play Tarkov myself or move on" just due to the 1.5hr commitment, but the way this was edited and the story has me hooked and now I am 100% in for the 1.5hrs hahaha GREAT JOB Jesse! I can feel the story elements coming from other games such as Rust and Day Z making its way to Tarkov.
Jesse you all should do more of these videos. This was not only fun to watch but the thought process to each raid was helpful. I don't get to play duos but will have to try in the future. It looked really fun!!
Been watching your videos for about 2 years now and this by far is the best one I’ve ever seen! Setting up the stakes and overall goal let me really feel the tension in each raid despite it being long form I never lost interest it was like a movie with a storyline. Everything was TOP tier in this from commentary, to b roll, quest notification pop up mid raid for completion, the humor and even the music! AMAZING video Jesse!
One thing you can do to extend that urgency is to run a zero to hero account. I delete everything and I mean everything, not even running so much as a knife. Not allowed to buy anything from traders, or do post-raid healing. No flea market, either. You prioritize heals heavily because you can't use Therapist to heal. Feels so good when you start to snowball good stuff. You're allowed to die, but until you get on top of your heals it's a nail biter!
What a journey. The quality of these just keeps going up every time. Hats off to the editors and to the guys for those insane plays. I never expected BOTH of you to get remotely that far without dying once wow.
this video was recommended to me for the past week. Didnt bother once. Then decided to click it for background noise. Oh boi this is a freaking MASTER PIECE. From the idea to the god tier editing? literally a movie. edits were the best ive ever seen. ty for the video
Nice content ideas Jesse! It's actually a breath of fresh air from the typical Tarkov highlight reels, and even in the realm of long form tarkov content very few have as unique an idea as this alongside the ammo video. Just the intro in this made me remember how it used to be starting to play the game and those were some good times.
This added "notes" about game are so incredible. The whole format is awesome!!!!! Editing is one of the best from all gaming content I've seen, and definitely the best Tarkov movie!!!!!
this is how you can make a great story towards end of wipe. i love the variety tarkov ranging from seriousness to drama to comedy truly an accidental sandbox in some terms

I was going to say the exact same thing. I would love to see this early wipe rather than late wipe.
This was a rollercoaster

Hour and a half movie from Jesse? Yes please!

i noticed it and immediately came to the comments looking for someone else who heard it lmao, Stank the goat
Was worried no-one would hear it hehehe
The car extraction on woods felt like it was straight out of a movie. Excellent video
Very refreshing to see players actually valuing survival over just pushing into everything.
