Yeah I was using a very thin adjustable coping saw machine blade I broke so many of them but still it works great even with metal And I bought those acrylic sheets from the electric store, they mostly used in switch boards & also mains sometimes anyway i hope it helps thanks for watching!

How are you sourcing those lithium polymer batteries?
Whatever it is just make sure that you are using a tp4056! with 5v smps source that's what I'm using to charge those lipo's ;)

To be honest I didn't do anything just solved the heat. maybe the load you're using to drain the lipo is too high or the voltage

buut i chak capasty of my lithioum cell by using a computer 5volt colling fan
That's Ok but it takes long time to discharge So just a resistor instead 👍
Ignore if your 5v fan draws 0.5 Or 1ah
