Tyler Perry's old house (the one that was in his movie Diary of a Mad Black Woman) was for sale not too long ago for about 4 million and it was listed as 17,000 square feet. The one he sold to Steve Harvey is about 25-30,000 square feet and sold for $20 million (give or take). Plenty of mansions there with same square footage or bigger for way less money.

I worked for a window washing company and this was one of the houses we worked at. Its a gorgeous home but not worth 23 million in my opinion. Basically you are paying for the location.

SECURITY = ZERO (direct access from street)

Why do you think because the house is expensive is must not have neighbors. If you want a secluded house you should specify to your realtor or make sure you custom build your house away from the general public. An expensive house doesn't guarantee privacy.

Why the rush?
I can appreciate what 23 million dollars can buy and I realize many people have varied tastes but the house is overwhelming to say the least---I am a believer that less is more and to live in such tremendous spaces for me is almost uncomfortable---No question this house is well done for the style and have no doubt it will sell
