@@nickandraychel her story reminds me of my mom's in ways!! when my mom was in her 20s in Toronto she was in a hit and run and unfortunately has had a lot of physical challenges ever since. I was a surprise, she raised me on her own, and she started her whole career over in her 40s. I won't get into her whole story here but that little part resonated with me. She's doing okay, managing as best she can. :) I love hearing stories of resiliency and following your dreams/intuition!

A few weeks ago a new vegan place called Stillfood opened in Penticton that I think you and Nick would love! Also Grapeleaf Cafe in Naramata is absolutely divine but not sure on the vegan options.
