The problem with his preaching is that he preaches the problem and not the solution. It’s the same as the Nation of Islam, they will debate the Bible but neglect the Qur'an! Wooden paints the picture of what he feels the Bible is against and what’s wrong with the church. But sound bites aren’t Jesus, sound bites are battle cry’s for American Nationalism. In my opinion, if you really listen to him he is telling us where his heart is and where his funding comes from(Bob Jones University)😉 How do we proclaim the salvation of the world through Jesus Christ when we only speak rallying cries to the people that already go to church? It’s been 3years of frivolous partnerships and government funding for trees, claims of being debt free with not one itemized graph of spending. Being tough and “Manly” while isolating the breadwinners (Women) p.s the Women have put up millions at every Women’s Convention while the Men’s Meeting have to double up on offerings. We planting trees and building health shops in a city that has no residents. Our leader spends more time in Utah than he does in Memphis. Pastor Mark Ellis preached God’s plan for our church last week, but only Bishop Wootens pee pee joke is heard. The main attraction for the week was a Preacher who is every bit of what Bishop Wooden is attacking in his sermons. This comment, if read by leadership will be counted as me being against them and not as me pouring my heart out because of my Love for the church. God is moving, God is preparing, God is warning me of my own neglect of the work He has created me for. The time is now. The mandate of bringing at least one person to Christ is correct and true but if we don’t change the way we operate, those people that are saved from our efforts will be the Church that God moves forward with. Love y’all Bishop and Ms.Shouting Gail!
