Dimash was enrolled in a music academy (part of the Kash national University programs) at age 5. He attended this academy till he graduated with a high grade point. This happened because he was identified with having perfect pitch at that age, he could return notes in the exact pitch as presented.

I'm not sure if someone else has already told you what a wonderful person Dimash is in real life. He's a special man who has many special sides to him. Dimash performed on 27 October 2019 in New York, invited by the Russian Maestro Igor Krutoi to participate in his 65th birthday concert, with several artists, but Dimash was the true star of the event, singing for more than 40 minutes at Barclay Centre. Dimash himself will give a solo concert at the same place in New York on 10 December.

At this performance, Dimash was 23 yrs. old. The instrument is from Kazakhstan but I cannot remember the name of it. It is not called a flute.
