Tom hear me out! I’ve been working out for 4-5 years. My go-to breakfast: ghost cereal milk protein powder, mixed with milk, in my CEREAL! You can use any protein powder like chocolate, vanilla, etc. but at least you’re getting the protein in!

You need to get out of a habit of over weighing yourself. If you’re doing for the vlog then thats fine but for personal logs you should log your weight every week or so on a fixed rotation. You most likely gained weight in this vlog because when you weighed yourself in the AM your muscles were relaxed. In the PM your muscles would of still been primed from walking about all day in Bakewell etc therefore weighing more due to muscle mass.
