You Tom have made me motivated to deep clean my house. My husband has been gone since last Saturday and Sunday Monday and Tuesday I cleaned like a crazy person. This weekend I clean the downstairs and garage!!
Seeing your cleaning mode has made me start to sort my room and old stuff that needed sorting out. A tip if you want to consider: when you move the washer/dryer to the garage and have a room for that. Put wheels on the bottom of them so they can easily be taken out of and moved around. So when you need to clean behind it or if anything makes it's way behind it, then you don't need to have that worry
There's a reason why washing machines/tumble dryers don't already come with wheels, that's because they'd make their way to your living room while running if they did..
@@ReeceSpurs there are loads rollers/dollies that can lock in place so a fridge, washer, dryer etc doesn't move about. Also they have pads that reduce sound.

Love the point of making the bed. My gran taught us that early on. Also been seeing a tiktok here and there of timing tasks to see how much less time it actually is compared to what the brain thinks so we put it off but we are not alone. That is a lot of dryer lint if you have a vent coming out the back of the dryer you might wanna make sure its fully attached on both ends with no holes or have it cleaned if not done recently / if you have a self contained lint system the cap is completely closed!, Hopefully this helps keep the lint under control!

The way you threw those pops, just got me in the feels. I'm a big collector of them and seeing that was just... But for shelves I created 3 step risers accordingly to my shelve sizes which fit 30 each in mine, you can make them out of hard card board, paint them the color you like and they are perfect and free (well almost).

Tom the detergent drawer on your washing machine you can pull it straight out and clean it in the sink or pressure wash the grime off it. It has clips you clip it in and out.
I've never made my bed. My best, most productive days start with me dragging myself out of bed, inhaling caffeine and getting out of the house. If I stay and make my bed, eat breakfast and do that stuff I end up procrastinating or distracted. Once I'm out of the house, I have to do my stuff.

Ever since i started properly making the bed, i've been so productive it's unreal, and weirdly ever since I brought the syndicate original bracelet and wearing it everyday, i've just had the best time ever this year
Love the vlogs Tom! All the dust (fluff) in the laundry room is from the tumble dryer. I’ve seen a few people on UA-cam have a closet with a dehumidifier in which dries the clothes and removes the moisture to outside. Just a thought for when you build the laundry room in the garage so you don’t have the same problem again.
I was way ahead of you Tom. I have a 6 burner gas range/electric oven with a stainless steel backsplash and commercial range hood. Because I cook every day, it gets very dirty (grimy/oily), and members of my family forget to clean up when they use it. I cleaned it all in about 3 hours. I have to revisit it tomorrow as there is cooked on grime on the burner surface that is not totally clean yet. And the worst task of all, just like your laundry room, is the range hood filters that have to be taken out, washed, dried, and put back in. Ugh!! However, this task is very satisfying when totally completed.

Your tumble dryer looks similar to mine and that rubber pipe looks like the drainage one so be careful it isn't going to be pissing water everywhere, it can be a bit of a tight fit if i remember right

The best thing about having a defender is working on it in your spare time! Spent my weekend just, putting new headlights and fixings on ours!

Tom you need to get a few air purifiers for your house they clean the air by getting rid of dust and they are good for babies too!
