Nevis is very, very hard to beat. The Nevis Multiform Foundation is the world's most flexible offshore tool, allowing you a 'multiform' structure (IBC, LLC, or trust within a foundation). Tax treatment is superb, but mainly asset protection in an NMF is world-class.
I am fed up with HK. We have had several offshore companies there for 10+ years and what they do now is just crazy. HSBC/Hangseng keeps closing accounts constantly (5-6 figure between EU and China, all clean) whatever papers we provide (hard copy). I AM DONE.
would love to know where the best places to set up a company is, or comparing best places based on various attributes ie taxes, ease to set up bank account, ease to maintain the company every year, and where are the best locations for different types of businesses
There was this book 'Grab Your Money and Run' in the 90s. Is it still applicable? I think I still have it somewhere around. Basically, the author lives on a small yacht and travels between destinations so that he is not a resident anywhere, just constantly passing through. He lives off $300,000 with no worries. I am lazy to find the book and check it again, but the strategy was interesting
Hello, nomad capitalist.I have a question, which country do you recommend for opening a bank account? I want to create a main company in the Samoa or Belize. Moreover it controls another company in Hong Kong and this one controls a company in Europe which has properties. How do I proceed in my idea? What do you suggest? Thank you
I want to set up the OFF-SHORE Real Estate Broker company with a bank account. ( Non- UAE ) The company has to work outside the country. - The inflow of the funds would majorly come from Dubai-UAE from the Real Estate Developers. Queries: - We want 100% TAX-Free Judiciration and does not file the TAX. - We need the online banking system to transfer the funds again to our business partners to Dubai & other parts of the globe. - We need a cheque book facility as well to use withdraw the funds. Please suggest the best & easy judiciration to incorporate the company with a single owner and bank account.
I was surprised when you mentioned Samoa as a country people might consider incorporating in. I've been to Samoa - absolutely love the country, but it doesn't seem like the best place to be starting up a business!
Just found your videos! Is it different for freelancers though? Why wouldn’t my customers pay the bill just because the company aka my freelance business is abroad?
If you are us citizen then technically yes. Non technically, do whatever the fuck you want :) P. S. Roger ver gave up his citizenship and moved to Japan.
You have to understand the concept of territorial basis taxes. And also the concept of resident taxation vs non resident Search that and new questions will pop up. But this former subject will be understood.
You will still have to pay taxes in USA which is high but you are able to pay a lower taxes in those countries. What's the point , I am still going to pay in USA taxes and taxes in that so called offshore country. Why pay double taxes .
Asset protection. If you have a litigation against your company it's going to be hard to get your money from a country like Belize or Cooks Island or anywhere like that. You can't run from the IRS but that isn't the point of creating an offshore company or trust. Unless you plan on giving up US citizenship

Do you think it's worth it to take steps to move offshore if you're making less than 6 figures?
I believed that HK or DUBAI is the best...ur take seems HK... gimme a thumbs up if I have it right.
Nomad Capitalist thanks mate u r a gift from god
@@edzynda Depends on your situation... Lot of factors. It definitely could be worth it.

Would love to see a video about Canada and TIEAs with countries like Bermuda. Love your channel!
Ordered your book from Amazon. Looking forward to start reading it in couple of days.
Thank you, glad to hear that. Enjoy! :)
Couldn't agree more with every point made.
The cheapest is not always the best!

What are you looking for? Launching a consultancy company based on your questions but maybe can give a helpful answer in the meantime
RAK or Dubai (UAE) is more expensive but way better than Samoa and everybody on earth knows where UAE is on the globe blindfolded!
Ive only met shady & scammers in free zones and service providers in UAE

If you are not American - It is a good choice
What if you are american?
@@musticimen1404 Then bye bye lol
Why do you believe so?
Please make a video on Labuan.
I like the idea of Belize as a base for a company due to the natural dual language skills and the overall poverty of the nation
Thanks for the video.. please do you have video about how to create cheap hedge fund?

You can fool the IRS or the banks but you can’t do both!
Hey Andrew, can you make a video about an offshore company in the UAE for fund management?
I’m not worried about cheapest as to most privacy. Which I would think is Isle of Man or cayman or Dubai?
Is Dubai safe for offshore company
Safe in what sense?

if I work outside the U.S. fulltime only spend 30days in U.S. per year.. do I have to pay taxes on my cryptocurrency?

Usa and brazil charge taxes on worldwide income. That s why i think andrew renounced his usa citizenship

Since when do they put taxes on cryptomoney?
Great contents
Hi Andrew, since you are in Malaysia. What are your thoughts on Labuan Offshore (or Mid shore)?
Don’t mess around. Go with Cayman Islands, pay a few thousand bucks and you won’t be having problems. If you can’t afford it, go with Wyoming.
Cayman island still safe for Americans?
@KS PRADEEP US for non us citizens is Good?
how about Malaysia ?? Labuan island?
Not as cheap.
Amazing Video
How about Labuan at Malaysia?
You waffle way too much in your videos, even speeding them up I find you just waffle. The video could really be 3 mins without the intro

@@dianadeejarvis7074 thanks for answering back.
Shabaka Timbuktu You do not necessarily need to pay taxes in the US if structured properly.
Can you say about Piraeus Bank Athens Greece and does it is good for offshore?
