How to make instant cucumber pickle, a quick and easy pickle recipe.
Try this instant cucumber pickle i am definitely sure you’ll love it.
Ingredients;-
You can any vegetable like carrot, beetroot, cauliflower .
- 4-5 baby cucumbers or large 1
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili
- 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds (coarsely grinned)
- 1/4 tsp asafetida (hing)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 lemon juice
Method:- slice the Cucumber and mix with all the ingredients. Can be kept refrigerated for a week.
