Well, on the phase 3 , the initial packet goes through the hub, but the hub will not anwser the packet, the hub would forward the packet to the destination spoke, and the des spoke is going to anwser the intial packet, like imagine R1 tries to connect to R3, so the intial packet from R1 goes to R2 (Hub), then R2 forwards the packet to R3, then R3 is going to anwser the result to R1.

Why not use public IP space for the physical interfaces. Might confuse some newbies.
