I get what your saying but I also don't think we need to ignore the realities of life for positivity either. Life is positive and negative and that's the beauty of it. As sad as some of the negative can be.

Adeeb Ad healing ourselves is s continuous process. If you like these chakra healing music maybe you can do one chakra each on a specific day each week. So for example root chakra on Sunday, this on Monday, solar plexus Tuesday and so on. The more you integrate meditation in your practice daily the better will you feel. Take care! 🙏♥️
