The way Laroi sabotaged his friends, pushed 1 in the water then hid a knife behind his back while pretending to help could be a representation that his friendships are fake/he feels completely alone. The girl that hunted Laroi down, revealed herself then watched him drown just to pick him up combined with Laroi driving the Motorbike and crashing it off a cliff could represent that his relationship was all he had but it was too toxic, she was killing him internally but saving him at the same time, but in the end he sabotaged himself and made her leave, leaving him all alone. Moral of the story, this is deep.
I'll add that he possibly hasn't gotten over her.
The second scene of him looking at the muddy water with corpses is Laroi revisiting his old wounds looking for any sign of her.
I got my own interpretation in the official MV. It veers towards to a Twilight Zone interpretation.
