31:10 idk why some cars are like that. For example that mazda there, for no reason the steering just locks in place. I experienced this too, the steering just locks on left when i actually trying to steer right. The mazda rx-7 is one of those cars who have this issue. It was never like that before.

This happens when the bodywork is too low and then the tire has not enough space to steer.

If you lower it to hell the wheels may get stuck into the wheel arches. Try raising a bit!
