The world has gone made! I purchased my first house 292 East 56 ave just off Main Street for exactly $100,000 and it was much nicer then this home was. Same 30x 120 lot seperate 2 car garage and a mortgage suit.
sure but when was that?

This place looks like it would cost 600k an hour out of town
No not really. Homes in Abbotsford are over a million now. Townhouses are even hitting close to a million.
The entire Fraser Valley is over priced by 3 to 4 times.
Those prices are bleeding into small communities throughout BC.
In 100 mile house 1 bedrooms are close to 1,000 a month in rent. 2 bedrooms 1500 to 2000.
The whole of BC is unaffordable.
It's tough over here for sure. When I was a kid in the 90s, we had a waterfront hour for like 300K in North Van. I wish my folks didn't sell it and move out of Vancouver in 2000
4 minutes of the video and nothing about the house. Then a rushed 60seconds inside.
Why ? Because its overpriced. The house is only worth 300k. The land is 1.2 million.
The government property assessors even think the land is worth 1.75M on this one. You're right the house has little to no value here
What a dump . In no way is this worth 1.7 million dollars .
sold for 1.748M
I’m so happy I just bought on Vancouver island with a view of the ocean and not my neighbours
Love the island 🏝
Start w the house tour! You don’t need to explain where it is for the first 3mins 🤦♂️
If he did that he would have lost his captive audience. This video is a perfect example of “how to sell a dump is a classy way”. $2M all in for essentially a glorified kennel. 🐶
Ahhhh... you got me. I did what I had to do. And it sold. That's why people hire me
what the hell.. 1.7 mil for this garbage?!?!
location location location
2mil and you have to tear down the house 😂😂😂 absurd!
it is what it is
Are you selling a house or a neighborhood?!?! Neighborhood is decent, but house is garbage!
Definitely the neighbourhood on this one.
Crazy expensive, lmao.
welcome to Vancouver
@@VancouverRealEstateToday $1.8 million to purchase a house built during my grandpa’s time, lmao. No matter how you try to market this video, it’s not going to work out. Did you even end up selling this one?
Wow. What an amazing deal! How can I become a debt slave???
talk to your banker
One dollar okey😂
ok sure thing. send me your offer
You’re not going to sell that lolol
We did sell it.
🤢🤢🤮🤡
😂
Nearly 2 million... shameful
sorry... I just make the marketing videos. I don't choose the price
@@VancouverRealEstateToday oh really? Because I thought you did. Thanks for the information..........
Swimming poor on top of those roof
🏊♂️
For that money, you can buy an ocean view villa in many places in the Caribbean.
