defender was playing the ball, wouldnt be a penalty if a reciever did it. gotta stay on your feet through contact
If the receiver makes that exact play everyone calls it a great catch... EVERYONE. It's anyone's ball when it's in the air man...
I can see how that one didn't pass the eye test at first glance but on replay, it was clear the defender was going for the ball. Good no-call.

@@kenganhazee7679 correct. Wisconsin would have had less penalties if the refs had actually been biased like you claim. They were not though.
Wisconsin isn’t very good, so they won’t be winning any championships in the near future. Purdue might be the worst team in the FBS though
