After a long day of studying (or a long night of partying) nothing hits the spot like a good old burger and some fries. Thankfully, Duke University Students got the hook up with Only Burger, a mobile burgery that serves only the freshest of products, always made to order.
While there I met with the owner, Brian Bottger who showed me how to make his classic Bacon & Bleu burger, as well as his Breakfast Burger complete with fried green tomatoes and an egg!

That bacon burger looked SO GOOD.
My favorite burger, by far, is a cheddar cheese, bacon, grilled onion, sauteed mushroom burger with mayo. I had a bunch of leftover mushrooms, onions, and bacon from making omelets for the family and just threw it all on a burger for lunch one day. It was SO good.

My favorite burger is the Yokohama Mama at the Vortex in Little Five Points in Atlanta. It's a burger with teriyaki sauce, mozzarella cheese and pineapple! Sounds strange but it's delicious!
