Sir I received call explained him my address I waited for him he going wrong side he says stand outside I said ok three times he called he didn't came once he said come and take your order but i paid 40₹ of deliverery charge so my father got angry and scolded him so he didn't gave my order

Sir maine boat product pai warranty claim kiya tha. Aur wo repair hokr 1 month baad aya tha.. Mera order ka status 8 dec ko show ho rha tha but achank wo 6 ho gya. Wo delivery kai liye aya but 1 hour kai liye mera network issue kai karan phone off aa rha tha.. Aur courier boy nai 2-3 par phone try krke mera product returning mai daal diya.. Phir 1 ghante baad maine unsai contact kiya to wo bole ki dusre date pai daal diye h lakin unn logo nai mera product return kr diya h... But m apne product ko wapas kaise lauu.. Plz help

I paid the amount of my delivery through phone and it's say delivery will come on 30 agaust somehow I wasn't there to recieve my package neither my phone has connection so he couldnt contact.. What would have happen in that case??? Does my money go waste??
