Same thing happened to me on 13 Jan I ordered neckband during republic day sale which was going to delivered on 19 Jan. On Jan 19 I received a call from delivery boy at 11am unfortunately I was not at home at that time, Then, I asked him to deliver the product 1 hour later after that I make 50 calls to him but don't get any response. At last 9pm that day my order get cancelled without asking. Don't know why there services are worsen day by day.

Delivery boy gave you incorrect info and cancelled the product. You can contact customer care and complaint. They will rearrange the delivery

I booked a order from Flipkart scheduled delivery by message show to me today . regarding this order delivery I got a phone call from ekart delivery agent today on my phone no firstly the way of talking the delivery agent was very ruff and Rudd he refused to me door step delivery.and misbehave to me on phone call. Sir I can't believe that this is behaviour of ekart delivery agent.i am sorry to say it was a very bad experience to me by ekart delivery agent .till now I didn't receive my order.

Bro already lodged a complaint against the delivery boy in Amazon. For my case he didn't want to deliver in my location and address I said you have to eventually at evening I got an ivrs call saying you didn't receive or the delivery agent didn't contact you I pressed for the second didn't contact but my product marked as cancel as if I didn't want to take the product and it's returning to seller.
It might be that delivery boy has falsely stated that you rejected to accept parcel. Please reach out to customer care and tell them that you have asked him to deliver and he rejected. And now you want your order at any cost.

If you have received the order, then sometimes delivery boys mark the order delivered after some time, please wait till the end of day and check the status. If it's not updated, then contact customer care.

You can contact customer care for that, if they dont provide the location, then i dont think there is any way. You can directly ask delivery boy about the location and say i will collect it from there.

They can cancel stating customer is refusing to pick up. That is why they are so arrogant. Because they know customer needs this parcel thats why they have ordered.
I ordered a product in Amazon as prepaid. delivery boy marked as delivered and not given the product and he didn't answered the call too. When I complaint Amazon they said in the investigation we delivered it to you and all options are blocked. I think he stolen my products.
Please contact customer care again and ask them to raise complaint against delivery boy. And tell them that you haven't received any ordered, still it's showing deliver, connect with delivery boy and ask him if he has delivered and to whom he delivered. They will surely help you to raise complaint

3. Aap bol rhe hai ki ghar tk nhi aate aap ye batao ki aap apne ghar se niche nhi aate ho
4. Custmer ko khud pata nhi hota ki vo kya order kiya hai
5. Dusro me kamiya dudne se achha hai khud ki galtiya sudharo..
Aise sabhi log nhi pr kuch log nikal hi jate hai...
Abhi BBD ke time ka experience batata hu. Maine iphone 14 order kiya, extra paise pay karke one day delivery liya, delivery boy ka subah 11 baje call aya ki 1 baje tak deliver lar dunga, 1 baje maine call kiya to bola khana khane aaya hu raat ko 7 baje tak de dunga, uske baad maine 7 baje call kiya to uthaya nahi, raat ke 11 baje tak delivery time tha mera so maine 11.30 tak usko 15 20 call kiye, banda sidha phone cut karne laga, customer care ka bhi call nahi utha raha tha. Fir dusre din bhi out for delivery hua aur mera call hi nahi uthaya. Fir tisre din dophar ko mujhe product deliver hua.
Agar 1 2 baar aisa experience hota to thik tha, lekin jab bhi kuch order karo har baar yahi same experience ara hai. Yaha comments me bhi dekh lo kitne logo ko problem aa rahe hai. Kuch honge acche 1 percent. Lekin max to aise hi hai delivery boy aur unko thode standards sikhne ki zaroorat hai , kaam karne ke paise lete hai cutomer pe koi ehsan nahi karte delivery karke.
Hamre area me delivery man har order pe aesa krta hai sahi location pe delivered nhi krta koi bhi order5km pishe ka hi bolta hai
Bhai Kabhi Shoq ke liye hi sahi majburi toh bol hi nhi Raha thik h kyunki uski alg hi story hai Flipkart Amazon me kaam karo Delevery boys ke sath kya kya problem aati h daily sab pta chal jayega .
