Thank you all for your nice comments, it was a pleasure making this video (apart from my arms aching). Just to clear something up, I was actually on holiday when I took this video. I am not from Sweden or Denmark but from the UK. For those of you who haven't yet crossed the Øresund Bridge, I would highly recommend it. The bus journey on FlixBus is significantly cheaper than the train fare and the views are better in my opinion. Hopefully the pandemic will subside soon and we can be comfortable travelling abroad again. Until then, I wish you all good health.
I have been to Denmark 10 times. My first trip was with a Honda Amigo 49 cc. I left Brussels to reach Copenhagen 3 days lather. I was 17 at the time. Never seen the Oresund Bridge. But I have seen Sea Point in RSA and Etosha Pan in Namibia. I have seen the Victoria Falls. Saw my first GP F1 in East London in 1962. Nice to see your video. Perhaps I need to go one last time Denmark and Sweden. I am now 66 years. I might spent my pension in Nambia. I have lived in Tooting and Wimbledon. Only during a month.
I am an Indian and worked as a researcher in Lund University. I used to land in Copenhagen and by ferry and bus, I used to go to Lund via Malmo. The Oresund bridge was not constructed that time. Thank you UK based video maker for giving excellent idea. I will surely try to enjoy the travel in the coming years.
@Rhafiusk it's germ warfare. China is trying to take over the world. Think about it...it started in China, China didn't need any vaccines (which they made because they had the virus), they didn't get any more than one round....
Funny story about this video actually... When I woke up this morning, I went on the daily UA-cam spree, just letting the algorithm take me where ever it pleases. After a couple of hours, I stumbled upon this video. Malmø to Copenhagen. It seemed like a fun idea, just to videotape the journey, and as I've never done this trip myself, I found it worth giving a shot. After the first few minutes I was intrigued, and after the next 10 I was engulfed. When I hit the 30 minute mark, I was completely hooked. I wanted to go on a Flixbus ride. And I wanted it now. I knew I wanted to ride somewhere, but where do you go when you don't have a goal? You go pay your parents a visit of course. So I booked a ride across the country, to spend a week with my parents, all because of randomly stumbling on this video this morning. The funniest thing is, that im sitting, right now, in the bus you can see in front at the end of the video - "Madsens". So thanks for inspiring me today, and thanks for making me eager to go explore a bit in busses.
I like how once you are on the correct dual carriageway heading for the Oresund Bridge that even the road markings are saying Denmark and have arrows pointing the way you are travelling in, good idea - a bit of reassurance.
