- Ritwik Bhattacharya, a former five-time National Squash Champion, has founded the START (Squash Temple and Real Training) Academy in Kalote-Mokashi, a tribal village in Maharashtra. Since its inception, he has coached over 100 local children, nurturing 42 national-level players in squash. Several of these talented youths rank within the top 20 in junior and senior categories, with four qualifying for the prestigious PSA world tour.
