      Electron Gaming good question. Probably because the adults think that our socialization skills will improve more if we see each other face to face for long periods of time, such as 8 hours.

    Wow, you are the best maths teacher I’ve ever met, my maths teachers don’t even explain this thoroughly and carefully, my maths teacher always rushes through things, after my maths teacher explained, I still don’t understand, but after I watched this, I’m very clear of what to do. I’m having a maths test next week and this helped me a lot! Thanks you!

    You can even use the formula( lateral area=1/2Pl) total area= 1/2Pl+B ) and you still get the same answer. P stands for perimeter of base, and l stands for slant height, and B stands for area of base.

    12 should be your height

    • @kimmmmik
      @kimmmmik 9 років тому

      Jacob Mandel we are talking about the slant height (pythagoras theorem)
      the square root of 12 squared plus 5 squared is 13 therefore 13 is your hypotenuse
      12 is the height and why 5? take a closer look 5 because the base is 10/2=5

    • @callistam5941
      @callistam5941 7 років тому

    • @bernardoparcon653

      no 12 is the height of the triangle S = 13, s is the slanted part of the triangle or "c", c^2 = a^2 + b^2
