Hi Jessica, remember you don’t have to explain anything to anybody. Trying to resolve conflict with your boss a number of times then speaking with the CEO shows that you take initiative and you really care about the company and your own well-being. Them taking the decision to fire you is probably because they don’t want to deal with the real issue. Passive leadership is what brings major companies down, and I’m guessing more people will leave through normal attrition because the work culture is not sustainable. Remember that God works in mysterious ways, granted that it wasn’t your decision to get fired, but God wants better things for you and took you out of there. Keep your chin up, a girl like you will not find trouble landing another ‘better’ job.

Thank you so much! That’s so true! Passive leadership can be so damaging for the work culture. It’s the easiest way to let go of talent in the organization.
And yes, I believe everything happens for a reason and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience because I had a learning to make and now I’m more than ready to take on the next chapter.
Thank you for your kind words. Wish you lots of success in your endeavors as well💕💕

@@TheWealthyMindsAcademy Hey Jessica, how are you doing ? Did you manage to find another job and are you still living in Switzerland ? I'm watching some of your old videos as I might be moving to Switzerland soon, they are very informative and must say you have a gift in presenting.

    Dear Jess
    I hear what you're saying 🙏🏾
After all this, anyone would be frustrated.
Like a 🐬 mantra you simply wanted to "speak up & be heard!" for transparency.
And the 🦈 mantra: "I am nourished. I expand my power!"
    Peace & love
    Nastasia

Thank you for sharing; I really admire your ability to have direct conversations, I find that really hard. I totally understand what you mean when you say it affected your self-esteem for a little while; I'm jobless at the moment and my inability to land a new job is having a crushing effect on my confidente unfortunately.😔

Thank you for your kind words. It means a lot 💕 I understand how it can feel not landing a job after a while searching. Something what you can do to work on the self-steem is to write affirmations on a journal every morning and also write down lists of all your achievements. It helps you be aware and keep it fresh in your mind of everything you are capable of. It’s all about working on your mindset and the difficult situation of the job market at the moment should not define you as a professional. Don’t allow it. It is a matter of time and a bit of strategy to land a new job. Hang in there, you’ve got this💪🏼.

Thank you so much for sharing Jessica! No job is worth staying if your mental health is at stake. I recently had to leave a place where the job environment was not stable for me.
I definitely understand what you meant when you said you didn’t want to see all these red flags. If you weren’t allowed to do your job than your potential is being deprived. You deserve to be in a workplace where you are appreciated.

Thank you so much! It takes courage to realize that a work place is not for you and quit. I’m glad to hear you did that for your own mental health. That’s amazing! I hope you are in a much better place now. I wish you lots of success and also wellbeing in your present and future projects!💕💕

Thank you for this video, I remember when you mentioned on instagram that someday you will tell this story. I'm grateful for your advice and sorry this happened to you, I completely agree with you this does not define you at all. You know who you are and to be completely honest I can see that you're professional, smart and an asset to any company. This situation was not fair but like you said getting out was the answer because you don't have to prove anything to anyone. Also thanks for the advice on how to handle this kind of situations and even more when like in your case there is not an HR department. Thank you Jessica 💕

I am very sorry to hear what you had to go through.. but I must say that you are very brave for reacting to the situation and trying to fix it and also for sharing your story.
As you said, this is still a taboo topic and it’s important to normalise it because life always has ups and downs.
Also, everything happens for a reason..so it will mean that now something WAY better Is coming your way! :)
