You want to steal my seat you're going to have to go the extra mile, or a few thousand. If you want to cut down on travel prices wait until you're in London, that way it will only be a few hundred miles. If I come to you I at that point wouldn't leave my seat because I'm too polite, nervous and I wouldn't want to miss out.
Would love to see you in Redbank but was shocked when I thought I was paying a little over $50 for an orchestra seat and then $15 was added excluding a $10 service fee. So I might not be able to go cause I need to be fairly close cause I cannot see too well have limited budget because disabled.
But he didn't make it work at all... I didn't even pay for the show and that was painfully cringe. I like when people make jokes instead of lighting up the sign that says 'laugh' every time he breaths
@sarahgirl369 Luckily we have data we can extract for this. Objectively speaking, OP is right. Lynch made it work. Comedy isn't just sitting there telling knock knock jokes and laughing at the punchlines. Casually having silly chats and roasting people he's sitting next to while waiting for the seat owner to come back is a funny bit. Once again, that's objectively speaking, based on the reaction of the audience. So it seems you are the exception to the rule.
Even though she was told, it was still very funny, especially with how bad a job people were doing at keeping it secret. 🤣 Definitely worth the commitment to the bit.
@@takumi2023 Though that whole scene reminded me of Life of Brian where the guards had to keep from laughing about Cesar's speech impediment. Seeing their restraint or inability to hold back is what makes it funnier to me lol

Used to follow him couple years ago, got recommended today and wow! He made so much progress since the accident that hopefully he has fully recovered and healthy nowdays, happy to hear him okay
I'm actually the reverse, I only started watching him this year and didn't even know he had a stutter! Then I recently watched his AGT sets and WOW has put in the work. He deserves every bit of success that comes to him!
Come out of left field and sit with the audience that they don't know how to react for a short second. You're so funny! Hope to see you live in Dallas, Texas, one day!! I love your dedication to the bit!
I was at a Jeremy Hotz show a long time ago and when a girl went out to the bathroom, her friend asked if he would tease her when she got back because she held it in for so long being nervous about walking out while he was performing and he loved the idea. So, when she got back, at first he carried on like normal and was going to work a bit into the act about how much he hates when people leave while he's performing but her friend just started shouting "She's back! She's back now!" ruining the bit :( Would've been so good
I love how for the entire tims he is sat there, he hasnt thought of what to actually DO or SAY when she comes back 😂 But carried on the jokes smoothly throughout, it still was worth it!
Husband or sibling or dad or whoever going “She is going to hate this, this is awesome!” 💀 hahahaha you can hear the endearment in that exclamation and such a funny line from the rando
When she came back, I would’ve been like, “Ok, now it’s your turn. You get up on stage and tell some jokes and I’ll walk out in the middle of it and see how you like it.”
I would have said "Everyone up, you're all changing seats just to mess with this lady, no you cant stay in groups". Then just go on with the show after.
It’s absolutely crazy how far you’ve come bro! I remember watching you and lady?(haven’t seen her in a while, I think that’s her name) I remember seeing you two just talking about life and’s then you announcing a comedy thing. Much love! I’m not gonna pretend I was here for all of it but I am gonna say everything you’ve posted has been a banger, keep on going my guy!
I love how drew never actually gets through his stand up, because he pulls gold from the audience, and can fill the time slot just bullshittin. And still be one of the best comedians out there to this day.
I love your humour and talent so much! I would love to see you live someday! Is there any chance you’ll be near Germany in the near future ?? Or I’ll have to try Paris/Amsterdam… 😅❤
honestly, when he sat down I looked at the video length and went „no way hes waiting almost five minutes, this is gonna be boring as hell“ but damn this guy made it so funny and entertaining, thats a real comedian right here!

Damn Amsterdam? We happy to have you! I’ll be there!
You go in foking CT and no MA???
Should have handed her the mic and made her take your place on stage.
Next time 🫡
Brilliant
exactly what I thought!
Don't hand me a mic..I'd go up there and start picking on you and have a little funzies with you. lol@@TheDrewLynch
@TheDrewLynch make sure you say "No takesies backsies". Make them improv for a few minutes:)
It was worth it solely to throw the crowd off so badly lol the reactions around you were priceless.
“She’s gonna hate this, this is awesome.” Found the husband!
Never have I seen a comedian with balls enough to just go and sit down with the audience 😅 and make it work!

sadly you don't know french comedians then... they're way funnier even in improvs

Nothing Like Sitting And Watching Your Own Show
100 percent worth the commitment.
Appreciate it
That was impressive how you kept improvising not knowing when she would return.
Sitting with the audience and still making them laugh now that's comedy 🤣

Omg the “be cool” as he runs off the stage has me dying😂😂😂

1:55 was just perfect! The right tone and looking straight forward like mission will be accomplished tonight! 😂
Next time start doing your bit while in their seat so they'll be like omg where is he? And tell everyone to keep looking at the stage lol
I was at this show and my god I have never laughed harder in my life !!! Must see my boy Drew ! And got to meet him after the show too
Now thats an entertainer take something that simple and make it funny and still pick up where u left off. Awesome

dude, genuinely the first time a comedian has made me actually laugh. im impressed lol
Should have been like, “ahhh, so it’s your turn now. Get up there.”
i do this all the time, when im being really loud on the airplane, and someone kinda just leaves the plane, ill steal their seat
😂 I have IbS I would not want it pointed out I left 😂

"Way to be cool, thanks 👌🏼"

Whoever told her - I hate people like that. Seriously. How aggravating.
