When I was younger, blue eyeshadow was my jam. As I got older I stopped using it thinking it was a too young of a color, but your video has shown me that I can still wear blue at age 57! Thank you so much for this video Laura!!
I have a blue gray Estee Lauder shadow that I use as an eyeliner with a wet brush. I have green eyes. This method is very gentle on the eyelid and lasts better than any eyeliner I have tried.

I love blue eyeliner to make my brown eyes pop. I think sheer washes of color on the lids is the way to go on older eyes.

When i was 14 i would wear electric blue all over my lids was fashion in 1970s but as i have getting older i find blue just does not suit me at all. But think the blue's you have done on this video is really pretty and subtle.

Hi Laura, I love the 3 looks that you created; the burgundy eyeliner did make your eyes pop. Blue eyeshadow was the thing in the late 1960s to early 1970s and I had a very pretty eyeshadow quad made by a brand that is now out of business. The shadow colors were very soft with just a little shimmer which made them much more wearable than a matte blue. Enjoy and stay safe!

What timing, Laura! I'm wearing blue shadow today, Liquid Diamond from L'Oreal's Infallible pot. It's not quite silver or blue or purple or pink but just a hint of each in it. I enjoyed the video and I think I'm partial to look #2. Being 71 I hear the struggle of the lids becoming harder to work on. I have brown eyes and haven't found a blue that would work but it does look beautiful on you. I'll have to remember to check out the new eyeshadow palette. Hadn't heard of that brand before. I love blue eyeshadow. I have hazel eyes and it helps to make my eyes pop. I don’t do a soft wash of colour, I go bold baby 🤣. I’m 55 next month and I just love my colourful eye makeup, it makes me happy.

Hi Laura! Thanks so much for all your beauty tips and suggestions. Using the vaseline all over body balm on my feet has helped immensely. My feet were so rough and after a couple days I could see a difference.

Thank you Laura! I found a great dupe this week. I love the clinique take off the day cleanser but it just kills me to pay 30$ for it... well soap and glory has a new product and it works great and very similar to the clinique! It’s called “ in the palm of your hand” you’ve got to try it! Also Walgreens has buy one get one half off and I bought the righteous butter lotion and it smells so good. Soap and glory rocks! Just wanted to share my find! Xoxo

I will have to revisit blue eyeshadow. Back in the early 70’s I used to wear blue all the time. Even my mascara was blue. Thanks for showing us how we can still look good in my favorite color.

I absolutely adore blue for my eyeliner, sice I'm the "product killer" I can no longer find my favorite Covergirl blue pencil. Nothing compared to it. I have hazel eyes shaped almost exactly like yours, my favorite brush too, the technique purple brush. I've yet to kill that one. I don't know what it is about purple or burgundy eyeshadow but I break out horribly from it. You eyes turned out lovely. I find my favorite color of all time for my lids is a NYX color in a matt copper in a very light color. It brings out all the green in my eyes. You have definitely been blessed genetically because you don't look a day over..... You choose 35? Yes, 35! 💖 Beautiful!
OMGOSH, I ALMOST FORGOT !! If you have sparse eyelashes? You must try Milani MOST WANTED LASHES! If you keep it warm, it lasts foever, and the coverage is impeccably beautiful. It covers from the smallest of lash to the longest. Everyone thinks I'm wearing "fakes" but this is my "go to" trick! Don't you just love make-up!? I'm a frustrated MUA at heart!! 💖💄👝🛍🕶👄

Hi Hun, I absolutely agree, I love blue shadows, but now I have to use it in a very subtle way...Revolution have a palette in their Reloaded Line called Deep Dive. It has many tones of blue and I use it along side a natural palette.....pretty looks but never OTT.....Big Hugs Bella xxxxx 🌺🌺🌺🌺
