- 다진 부추/짜지않은 김가루/후추
※하지만 생크림으로 만들면 더 맛있숩니당
※페페론치노 넣어줘도 좋아요
※꾸덕하게 만드려면 소스를 더 졸여주세요
Pollock roe cream udon without whipped cream udon
- 200ml of milk
- Udon
- 1.5 spoons of salted pollack roe
- 1 tsp chicken stock
- 1 spoon of minced garlic
- 1/4 onion
- chopped chives/dried seaweed flakes/pepper
※But it tastes better if you make it with whipped cream
※You can add pepperoncino
