    When we have just been discarded we can think we have hit rock bottom (I did). But from rock bottom there is only only one way to go.........up! Never give up hope. Hope got me through. I tried everything from music,to writing my thoughts down,to dating any woman who would say 'yes'. (Dating,not sex). Guess what....it took a while,but my hope paid off. I got there!!! Never give up hope that life can't get better because it can get much better.

    The Lord Jesus Christ is helping me at the moment especially. I feel Him holding me close. I dont know what i would do without Him , when all my family has deserted me. K Thankyou I would like to listen to your music.

    I’m so tired and stressed all the time. I am filled with gripping, painful fear and anxiety. I was in a relationship with a covert narcissist for three years, discarded two months ago. I’ve learned through this that I was raised by a narcissist mother. I struggle with anxiety, depression, lack of self love, empty, feel worthless. I’m depleted. I’m a single mom and I wanna be better for them and me. I’m so tired. I don’t sleep and my body has kept the score.

    I have seen some videos on your channel a while back so I don't remember it that well really from before. What I did notice now is how great the sound is on your channel- in this video. It is really clear and I must compliment you on it. Thanks!

      @@debbiemirza1744 I don't know what you use and if/when you upgraded your equipment but this is the clearest sound I came across for quite a while. There is one channel I like to watch but it is hard because of the sound. My stuff is not high end w
      either. Old laptop with some earbuds. But when I was listening to you last night, your voice was so clear like you were in my room. So, whatever you are using for this video, keep using it :)

    Meditation practice has saved me quite a bit through the years. I also play piano for about a half hour a day after work (where a narc I have been dealing with is). Also nutritumion is important. I am always trying to add any tools to the box.

      I just do a basic deep rhythmic breathing using beats for breathe in/hold/breathe out/hold then either have perhaps music of tibetan bowls and or gongs, or sometimes other percussion that is a slow rhythm...sometimes also the low eastern orthodox chanting. These sounds are like blankets on my nervous system.
      Sometimes I use a guided meditation (I like Michael Sealey) instead, esp if I am working on a specific thing like reducing panic attacks, or even shamanic type journeying (power animals, etc). I try to do about a half hour each night, but with the breath control I can undercut negative emotion and anxiety anyplace, even at a meeting at work, waiting in line, etc.
