It's been pretty easy so far! The realtors have been great (L'Arco Immobiliare) and I transferred my deposit with Wise. That was very easy. I will close in September when I return (which gives them time to move out) and then I will deal with the notaio and closing process. So we'll see! Good luck with your search!
