Watched this vid (the original and this reaction) years ago and was confused since I didn't know much about MGS lore. But now, after having played MGS1, 2, 3 and now nearly finishing Peace Walker, I can say that he is definitely correct about everything. Only thing that makes this confusing is that he condenses 6 games that all have at least 10 hours of story into a 6 minute video, and he explains them in release order and not chronological (though, even if he explained it one way or the other, things would still be confusing because Metal Gear).

For the most part dunkey was on point. Venom snake from phantom pain is just a medic who was brainwashed to believe he was big boss (naked snake) the guy form metal gear solid 3 with an eyepatch (not the dr octopus president one).
