Because of Aatrox, people want mythic tarantula pets (tara slayer I believe?) and this is the upgrade item. The upgrade only takes this thing, 1m, and it only takes 1 hour. This makes the demand go pretty high, since it's such a low crafting time, making the price skyrocket.
