Quite a lovely home. I suppose if I could afford $2,000,000 I could come up with a little extra to double pane the street facing windows and sneak in a second bath upstairs. I couldn't tell for sure if there was an interior stairway to the cellar level. With the washer and dryer down there the stairs would be helpful. I know that SF real estate is sky-high, and these historic houses are treasured, so the price doesn't surprise me.
Our lead is Kevin Ho conducting a tour of 4407 18th Street, San Francisco, CA a Victorian structure home with huge windows, almost a masterpiece by Ludwig Mie van der Rohe bits & pieces. Across the street is a Chinese restaurant as if when it rains it is totally soothing atmosphere. Not too from the Castro district, except for one thing, things have changed to the basic traditions gay is out out out, families are welcome in this trendy neighborhood, there is a community church and anyone would love this beautiful home.
Feels like if I blinked a missed a room. Would be nice to slow down and really show the rooms without your hands in the shots. Lovely house.
I love San Francisco so much. Wish I was a millionaire.

Left of the washer/dryer was a staircase.
@@sheilasullivan1950 Thank you!
Use to be a duplex, No charm left, all these SF houses have the same boring light fixtures.
Kevin, love that you have so much knowledge and attention to detail. Shows your passion ❤️

Another one that you totally took all the charm out and made it look like a hotel lobby very cold very sterile
Ikr? Got rid of the charm. How sad.
Wonderfully details, but it feels that it’s lost the soul of the original features and even layout in the first main rooms. 🤨
Darling you are doing a great job. Please slow your turns down a little.
I would like a little more privacy from my window to neighbors windows for $2 million 😅
