He made a lot of good points during the Yezzy topic EXCEPT wen he said if you ain’t on IG or a content creator there’s no job for blacks except to selling drugs or scamming !! Dangerous message to put out !! Truck drivers are at a 100k + shortage , we need more black nurses doctors and lawyers , teachers , judges !! Simple letting kids know that a trade is honorable and can change ya life is a good message cause it’s TRUE !!

Those jobs require background checks that will not accept someone with a felony. Even plummers need to complete a background check. Truck drivers must be insured

Can we ALL AGREE in this time now that it's really eerie to hear Diddy talk here so "normally" and sensible about all he speaks on and now knowing what has come out about him. It's scary what kind of a person this man really is.
I can't imagine in what of a real hell whole Kim, Cassie and other people have been living in. With this's the person that everyone else's is seeing and they lived with a monster behind this curtain Diddy so well is holding up. To me that shows EVEN MORE that HE KNEW all along what he was doing was not right by any means.
Hearing him talk about Kim and how he love and misses her so normally and now knowing, he sat there and (allegedly) had something to do with her passing away. Eerie, SUPER EERIE! And STONE COLD.

What he said about R&B and the focus shifted to manufactured beats, less musicianship (as far as playing real instruments), darkness in content and trying to shift it back to Love. R&B artists being left in the shadows of hip hop & making their craft with no accolades anymore over hip hop. Was so true. Bring back the FUNK, the Marvin Gayes, the Barry Whites, the Betty Davis', The Teddys, etc.

A name like Organic Soul Gumbo I would think it should go without saying that we need ALL the ingredients to make that soul gumbo.Leaving out the “holy trinity”, the mirepoix flavor BASE, leaves the whole dish lacking…. so without the base flavor component of Rhythm and Blues you just have… boring a$$ SOUP.

As someone who grew up on 90’s r&b I can totally understand what he says by the frequency. I’ve always wandered why I don’t see more of the women in r&b posted on the playlists/charts especially with as much as I listen to them and the crowds they attract at the festivals. The numbers on the charts ain’t adding up. Looking forward to his new music!
