I've been saying muzzle brake on the F2 makes it so easy to control forever. Turns it from an unreliable weapon to (in my opinion) the most fun gun in the game, and just makes it so much more consistent.
Being an Xbox player for so many years. I really appreciate hearing you out. Pc is a completely different beast than what I’m used to. I understand the idea of what guns do what. And I have good game awareness, and understand positioning. I just am not comfortable using a mnk yet. But I never knew aspect ratio actually mattered. Hopefully that’ll help some of my struggles I’ve been having trying to get acclimated. I do also understand it’s going to take awhile for me to get the muscle memory down of using a mouse and a keyboard. But I just needed to hear some tricks because you keep doing something the same every time and expect a different result the next time. And it just leads to insanity
For me learning recoil always was easier in games Even after the f2 lost its grip i just went into quick matches to learn it because if i try to learn recoil in the shooting range it wouldnt be the same as it is under pressure ingame
@@choc0late_milk Muzzle brake > anything!!! I spent so long using flash hider because everyone recommended it but wth flash hider rewards bad plays... If you can aim good muzzle brake makes the first few bullets a laser beam and even one can be enough for an enemy so why would you need to have better recoil for the last 20 bullets of your mag lol
The fov changing recoil is a myth, sure the pattern might look different because you just changed how it looks, but to control it you still have to apply the same forces. If it feels different is probably just placebo.
It's not a placebo in the sense you are using the word. The difference is your brain is moving the mouse based on what you see, you don't have your eyes closed, which means your brain will change the amount of muscle and motions you are using on mouse to control the recoil based on what you see. So when you change the FOV and aspect ratio you change your vision
But your muscle memory works based on the distance you have to move your mouse on screen and not actually your 360. Hence why when you lower your fov by a large degree your sensitivity will feel notably faster. If you are someone playing on 16:9 you can get away with playing on stretched res with an increased vertical sens, but you have to use a sensitivity conversion calculator to get it dialed in properly
@@ZrKr6 As I said, chaging fov/resolution doesnt change how hard you have to pull down, which is the same as how much you have to move your mouse/hand down... and your muscle memory... is as the name implies, your muscles moving, how you see it doesnt matter when your hand has to do the same movements.
@myr_wlk698 And what I said is that you could in theory stretch your resolution and increase vertical sensitivity accordingly literally making recoil easier to control
Try to increase Mouse Sens Vertical in controls if you cant find a solution, Sacrifice some accuracy for better recoil control. 800 DPI 15V 10H is i what i run right now.
As a console player, I find verticle recoil harder to deal with than horizontal. Not that either is hard, but generally when aiming you are already aiming left or right. So, I find flash hider to be better on console.
It’s backwards for me. I’m ass at controlling horizontal recoil and find myself panic over correcting a lot when I try to control it so I run comp more than anything.
Yeah. Simply just practicing in unranked matches will help you develop immunity to nervousness. Not only that, but having confidence in your recoil control no matter what situation you’re in. Just gotta stay calm and smooth when shit happens and let your skills go to work.
Every recoil video completely breezes over the actual action of your hand and arm. "Just pull back", how about you show us how that works? It's the whole point no?
Showing you how they personally prefer to hold their mouse won't do anything it's literally as easy as "pull back" most people have wierd ass sense and Dpi so this part is all you big dog cause everyone has their own weird mouse habits
Depends on how high or low you have your whole arm elevated leveled with the mouse. Me personally, I play with my hand and arm centered flat, neither high nor low, because it’s easier for me to pull my mouse down and reset my arm after when controlling recoil. I never play high cuz it’s pretty weird playing with your hand literally floating. Doesn’t give you control nor space to pull your mouse down much at all. Playing low for me personally only applies to a more relaxed game like Roblox or some shit. It’s literally personal preference for everyone and takes time to practice in ways you feel comfortable with tbh. And sometimes playing with your mouse slanted inwards kinda helps swiping and recoil control too.
I dont know how to explain this BUT if I try to hold my recoil I cant but if I am playing I just do it.... Yesterday I was playing some Ranked and if clutched up 2 Times (1v3,1v4) and had almost perfect recoil IT DOESNT MAKE SENS
as someone who's played/mained a wide variety of sens' and DPI's as well as a range of grips, mice, and mousepads; i prefer a moderately high sens nyself but regardless of all of these thing you have it completely wrong. there's no such thing as being a wrist or arm aimer even at a really high or low sens, you might feel more comfortable on a higher sens and use more wrist than arm because of it but using exclusively one or the other is an incorrect narrative and terrible technique; you should be using all parts of your arm from your arm, to your wrist, to your fingers, etc. You should be using all of these in combination to aim regardless of what you play on.
Quick question, in Lane 2, how did you manage to lean spam WHILE strafing, WHILE shooting, WHILE crouching?? I try this so much and its impossible to do :(
true. I played on pc for the first time about a year ago and I was having to drag it halfway down my desk. I guess you can install mods or something but I don’t know how to do that
Keyboard and mouse is way easier to play with, regular players on PC would smoke good players on console that’s why they don’t have pc-console crossplay

Unfortunately NONE of these tips are helpful. its all about your mouse, mousepad, mouse sensetivity IN THE windows settings, mouse sens in the game, mouse DPI, and your comfortabilty with the sens. If you are willing to waste some time to be with uncomfortable with sens, die alot because of not being able to shoot accurate shots, then you may get to adapt to a certain sens that you set, and be able to control recoil good. Its just not accurate enough, because of being too fast and im not adapted yet. And I constantly see those videos where people tell you set spoit's shaiiko's beaulo's sens. They say put the lowest sens in game, put lowest dpi 400 and try to play with it. I tried it for 3 days. Couldn't even make 20-30 kills. PULLED mouse consciously, subconsciously. Doesn't matter. Its no good. Use your common sense and feel what is better for you. And what plays best for your playstyle.
