In anticipation of comments regarding the houses, this is the money pit house, also known as the Ham House (after a ham was found in a fridge that wasn’t switch on for a long time). This was the house Jocelyn lived in when her children was small. The red brick house (recently decorated for Halloween) in other videos is their current home which has been getting renovations done. Also, the song at the end of her videos is “Feel So Lucky” by Cody Francis. Hopes this helps everyone!
@@brendatomlinson I love this channel and I envy young exciting people doing fun things and all that goes with it! I'm a fan for sure. Brenda where in the heck have you been? Happy weekend!

Your Dad is such a blessing. Pastors stay so busy but he always seems to make time to help you with whatever you need. My husband has been a pastor at the same church for 40 years. He is retiring next month. God bless you and your family.
For sure, he looks like he is ready to implode and exhaustion is so evident. They all need a few days away where the only task is resting eating and 😴 sleeping.

She helps she just don't record that part. These videos are a way to put out content so she can take a break from shopping since everyone is constantly griping about her shopping because she's got "to much stuff."......GOOD GRIEF!
The more I watch these videos, the more I realize I sure don’t need to buy anything, just get rid of what I already have. I never did buy much to sell but I do need to clean out my life.
Yup. I wouldn’t be able to sleep having all of that stuff between the shop, this garage, storage. Etc. But hey. Everyone has different tolerances, different systems, etc.
I feel the same way watching these videos, I actually get anxious, I live minimally so all this is too much for me, someone said it that people have different tolerance, it seems I have no tolerance
I think you are doing an outstanding job getting things out of the house for that couple . I'm sure they can't wait to move in. You have a big heart. When I see things that go together, first thing I say now, "It's a matchy, matchy". Great vlog Joslyn and your dad is one in a million.
I'm from upstate New York and I was born in 1973. I have heard so many stories about the flood caused by Hurricane Agnes. That's a cool that you found that old newspaper! I hope you keep it!
I can't imagine how tired everyone is from all this moving . You have enough Inventory to last you for years. I pray your new home is filled with love !
My dad (RIP Daddy ❤️) who was also a pastor, helped me so much with moving, packing, organizing, clean-up, grass mowing and a ton of sage advice, so I know you’re lucky too, to have such a helpful and supportive dad ….and mom too. Take care!
You have a great family and are surrounded by very nice people just like you. You and Andrew work so hard in the business that I'm very glad that now you have the opportunity to look back a little and sort out the pending things so that you can move forward with renewed strength. We all need to do that sometimes. I wish you and your lovely family the very best from Central Europe!
What a lot of work! Wow! 1973. A great year. Married, finished nursing school. Fresno State for my sweet husband of almost 50 years. Geez! Baby, 1975. I guess no one needed all that info. 😂. Those crickets are so fun!
Your father is such a huge help to you. You are indeed blessed. ❤️ I am sure you will be so glad when this project is over! Thank you for sharing your journey with us! #stayblessed
Your dad seems so nice and he is funny and helpful too, I like him. I am glad you have good men in your life that help you with moving and getting that house in order although I think as motivated and strong as you are you probably could of done it yourself. It would have taken you a long time but you would have done it. The house is looking great now.
Having people like this to help makes all the difference in the world. I think that's why some people end up living in a hoard from floor to ceiling with no place to sleep; because they have no one.
I am eager myself for you to be out of that house completely. That will take a load off your shoulders. I went through something similar, and every time you go to that house my blood pressure rises. 😂😂😂
Enjoy watching you at home, shopping & yeppers going to the ham house:) Your family is pretty awesome & so are you.. Ashton is such a sweet kid as is Cissy(sissy?) Be proud of yourself .. business owner, working Mom, trying to please your followers even when some are not so nice.. plus people forget Life happens.Take care & remember to make time for self care🌻
So much work! But every step brings you closer to your goals and back to more of a routine schedule. Don’t get discouraged, it will be great when all is settled.
Andrew was referring to the Johnstown flood- I’m actually originally from Johnstown, PA and lived through the Johnstown flood of 1976. Fortunately we lived in an area that wasn’t flooded too badly although I can remember being evacuated from our homes and the office my Mom worked at being pretty damaged and helping to get rid of the muck and smell and debris. As being 12 years old at the time, it is still a very vivid memory and one that won’t be forgotten by many families and especially for those that lost loved ones due to the flooding. The Johnstown Flood museum ( there are 2 ) but the one located in downtown Johnstown is the one to visit if you ever get the chance.
Right! My dad would be yelling at me for all the junk I had and would be telling me to throw over half of it away!! He would say you can’t take it when you die so don’t leave it for someone else to have to take care of it!!
Soon, the task will be done and there will be no Ham/Money Pit house videos. That's a bummer for us, but great for you and your church friends who'll be renting the house. They get a nice place to live and you reap the rewards of a rental.
I was having trouble with my clothes getting dry. I had the venting cleaned out and my dryer is like new. Thanks dry in a reasonable amount of time now. If the dryer venting is filled with lint it is a fire hazard. Give it a try.
My dryer was acting up and one day in spring just before I started doing laundry I saw a small bird enter the outside vent. My son got on a ladder - because the vent is above our family room window - and found a lot of dead grass and fuzzy stuff in the vent entrance. After he cleaned it out the dryer worked fine, and he fixed the flap too so birds wouldn't try to nest in there. I don't think they ever succeeded in doing so but some managed to make a good start on nest building between weekly laundry days. If I hadn't seen the sparrow we might have had some real trouble with the dryer. 😳
Your Dad is a GEM!! 💖 Ps..Jocelyn, just by chance, did you have your appliance guys clean out your dryer vents?? A dirty/full dryer vent will cause the dryer to take forever to dry your clothes…and cleaning it out is a simple and safe way to fix that problem! ( plus, can save your dryer from catching on fire!!) Hope all is well!!
I am sorry to say that I haven’t watched in awhile. The last I saw was you were showing your new home to be, an older with with a few outside buildings. You seemed to love it and excited about moving in. Is this that home? Or the one you were moving from.
