Many many times I see pilots doing a go around and think "oh he could have landed"

When you are a pilot, there is no place to think when you are landing. Either you are stabilized and you land, either you MUST go around. Here it's a big failure, and as an airbus pilot, I'm shocked to see this kind of low skilled and dangerous pilot in an commercial airline.

Bad landing? How did you come to that conclusion? Obviously encountered a bit of windshear but deemed it safe to continue. FYI, reactive windshear alerts are inhibited below 50 ft (bet you didn’t know that did you), which was probably the case here so I doubt the pilot was even warned about it. Thus they were quite happy to continue and land safely. A spilt second decision that wasn’t catastrophic.

The 737-9 didn't suffer a lightning strike, as you can see the reflection of it 'as a mirror' on the wing. It was pretry far away because this is a big one. If that hits you, you would have only seen a short brief burst of white light in your camera because the need of adjusting.
And at the end of the wing there are lightning deflectors, so if it was hit you should see the lightning have interference but you see nothing changed directions because of the plane just lightning somewhere in the sky.

That first video is not necessarily an indication of wind shear...you can't tell just by watching this video, for all we know it was the pilots method to drop in elevation which I have seen hundreds of times. the drop was quick but appeared controlled and intentional to me. it was not very steep, it was mostly level from what I could see, though could have been a response to crosswind

Non-pilots will think this is something really bad or special or what ever. A group of real pilots watching this will exchange knowing glances at each other and think "whats all the fuss about, it's just a bit of low level turbulence that was handled well by the operating crew". Sorry folks, nothing special about this approach, just another day in the office, sure a little bit of a challange but that's what we get paid for.

Woaw, super shock by this crew who landed despite of massive windshear and multiple non stabilization critera. They should have go around 3 times here, it's extremely dangerous. Theyfailed to apply airbus windshear/toga procedure, it's a huge mistake, and I think they will have a serious discussion with their airline when they will see the curves and data of this landing. Still can't believe they did continue this landing

There was no lightning strike there, at least not during the video sequence. The lightning seen happens in the background, it doesn't hit the plane. And when lightning hits the plane there is a strong bang (I know first hand unfortunately), that is nowhere to be heard in this video.

Haha, me too! I'm on an International No-Fly List due to an incident involving my emotional-support companion on an Emirates A380.
In my defence, I repeatedly told the cabin crew to stop serving him alcohol. A píssed-up Clydesdale at 38,000 feet is no joke.

Wind shear close to landing is potentially dangerous but not unusual. It's much better understood today than 30-40 years ago and the pilots and aircraft are both better equipped for it.
