Being a music producer from 6years..I realised that FL Studio is the best option for peoples who really wanted to become a music producer and start production.After that you can always change your DAW to higher level DAW.

You should once try studio one. I am a movie sound designer and also a beat maker. When i design and record foley for a movie pro tools is the best but when making beats and scoring music i think logic and studio one has it all. I have seen my colleagues also score in Ableton but in the end they still have to use pro tools for arrangements.

Fl studio is an all rounder imo.
Workflow with seperate windows allows us to focus on one area at a time ultimately mixing the track elements while placing them into the playlist. Furthermore this also allows us complex routing for sound mixing like protools.
Now lets talk what i believe fl studio offers alike other Daws

Please correct .. You can drag and drop an audio or vst on FL’s playlist and it can automatically route itself to a mixer channel with the same colour and name as the audio or vst has..
Nope u have to route ur channel manually on mixer

For electronic music fl studio is pretty good but for rock, pop sessions etc Ableton just makes your life so much easier. I had so many issues with fl studio but Ableton was just so much cleaner and smooth sailing. It made a huge difference

Been with FL since it was in single digits and called fruity loops. Wanted to try logic but I detest Macs and I tried Protools and said in video it is horrible for music production, great in a recording studio environment but absolutely terrible in music production. And yeah not to mention complicated AF
