I am currently trying out a Hallux specific Sports Insole from Pedifix (1stRaythotics™ Hallux Trainer Sports Insoles) that actually replace the normal insole in my Hoka Bondis. It has taken a little time adapt to them, as they have arch support and padding in addition to the rigid carbon plate all built into the full insole. So far they have done a good job of limiting big toe motion and allow me to take long walk (4-5 miles) without any pain.

Using this under advice if doctor but my outer ankle hurts again...seemed great, but I cannot walk much before that ankle hurts. I give up.

Hello, first of all, thank you for the video. What do you think would happen if an arc was given to the insoles and what degree should the arc be given? This is my thesis topic and I would be very happy if you could help me.

Insoles can help I prefer custom ones but you have to try to see if they help
