Dang I remember when my older sister showed me this when I was maybe around the ages 7-9 , that’s when i found out what nuclear bombs were because of this video. But every now and then I remember this video existed
I first saw this video like three years ago and it gave me crazy goosebumps. I think I might have even cried a little. I dunno - but there's something special about this. I'm super impressed by that, considering the medium, but you can't beat this kind of dramatic irony (the increasing firepower, the way they get older with every verse...) It made a huge impression on me. Thanks for re-posting it. I don't think I would have ever found it again otherwise.
Thank you for reposting this. I remember watching this some 8 or 9 years ago and just remembered it now. Very effective visual to go along with the sing. Very impactful even now, and this was made when you were much younger as well!
I remember seeing this many years ago and I was surprised by the quality of the storytelling. If I recall correctly, you played this at your mother's funeral, who died of cancer. You are an innovative and genuine soul, and your work has touched a lot of people. So, thank you for reuploading; it brought pleasant nostalgia.
I saw this when you originally put it up all those years ago... Has it really been so long? I watch it a few times every year. Namely when I want an emotional pickmeup. Something to remind me that others actually do understand what I go through. Your animation, the story in this, is sad, tragic, beautiful. Thank you for all these years of being there, even if it was just through a single video, you are somebody that I've 'Felt' be there the entire time... If that makes sense... Anyways, thank you...
Remember seeing this over a decade ago. It crossed my mind recently and I had to check to see if it was still up. Wasn't it a project you made for school or something?
never seen the video, but have been looking for this version for AGES!
I like this version the best.
crazy to see this reposted, i remember seeing this in 08 - 09ish
Me too!
The better version. Thank you
Thank you so much for reposting this, I first saw it a long long time ago and it left quite a surprisingly dramatic impact on me. Thank you
Why is this such a deep memory for me?
I have been looking for this video for years. Awesome animation.

Sad to see the original upload gone, but I was pleasantly surprised to find this. I remember this from 9 or 10 years ago.
I first saw this like 11 or 10 years ago, this song and this video in particular means so much to me and I'm glad I found it again
My god this video is one hell of a throwback

Much love from your former scene boy circa 2006.

How come I can’t find this version anywhere and only the one with the loud guitar.

I'm mostly happy to find the more synth heavy version without the guitar riff.
I knew I wasn’t crazy!!!
