NY Strips & Teriyaki Green Beans: blackstoneprod...
Ingredients
1-inch-thick New York Strip steaks
High Plains Steak Seasoning
Avocado oil
String beans
Teriyaki sauce
Sliced almonds
Shredded carrots
Chopped walnuts
Chow mein noodles
Directions
1. Preheat the right burner of the griddle to medium-high heat and the left burner to high heat. Place the string beans on the right side of the griddle. Add a generous squirt of water to help steam the beans, then cover with a basting dome for even cooking.
2. Season the steaks generously with High Plains Steak Seasoning and coat them with avocado oil. Place the steaks on the left side of the griddle and press them down to achieve a perfect sear. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip the steaks.
3. Toss the string beans on the griddle, then add more water if needed. Cover again with the basting dome and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove the cooked string beans from the griddle and place them in a bowl. Mix the beans with teriyaki sauce, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, shredded carrots, and chow mein noodles.
4. Remove the steaks from the griddle and let them rest for 5-8 minutes to retain their juices. Plate the steaks and teriyaki string beans. Eat and enjoy!

We enjoy sirloin or ribeye. An easy side is twice baked potatoes. Make ahead at home and freeze or refrigerate until ready to bake again, just until hot and skin is crispy. Top with cheddar. easy and yummy.
Sounds awesome! Thanks for watching!
Yummy
Thanks so much for stopping by Camp Griddlemore!
Super fun video! Not a really fuzzy feel on the subject. The Steak 👍🏻 The string beans 🤷🏻♂️.
But heck anything you cook on a Blackstone tastes like a million bucks!!👍🏻🙏😁

I hear ya about seldom eating steak when you have a lot of kids. Your steak & green beans looked amazing! My favorite steak is a ribeye, although I am not too picky when it comes to steak.
Sometimes I get two steaks and share them with the family and just load up sides of pasta and veggies! Getting five steaks is a little bit crazy!
Blackstone high plains steak seasoning sooooo underrated it’s soooo good🔥
