Good video. Did he say the ice cream base is dairy free? So surely ice cream has fat and cream in it? Ive been makimg ice cream for years but can never make a tasty vanilla..its always bland...please advise.
Steve Coates the sorbet is dairy free, not the gelato.

Swallowing gelato is not that hard. I don't know why the host is talking with her mouth full. Why put more ice cream in your mouth if you are in the middle of a sentence?
