You grind them untill you have them, then they are ground. grounded means you are a solid person not a crazy person, grinding is what happens in a standard gearbox if you miss the gear or if you are grinding coffee beans
@ClausKellerman - I grind my coffee and here is a tin I grinded earlier and it's been ground just right, like my tanks, I grind a line of tanks and the ones that have been ground already don't need to be ground again, some of the tanks after level 8 are tough to grind and worth grinding for but could take some time, once out on the battle field you will know if they were ground correctly :p lol Tweaked and Modified after ground...

Regarding 3 SPGs in a game Claus, it's just you not knowing crap, or pretending to not know crap to get comments like this. Wargaming clearly said back when they did it, that it would be 2 SPGs per game IF POSSIBLE, but sometime the matchmaking que would force 3 SPGs in. I see 3 SPGs once or less in probably 100 games, so I don't think it's something you can complain about.
Can't find the mm update article, but I'm pretty sure it didn't say there won't be any matches with 3 arties per side. Rather that those matches will be a lot less and the mm will strive to put 1 or 2 arties per side when possible and to be fair that's exactly the case from my experience. Spoiler, it doesn't make arties any less sub-human ;)

Middle tier matches are horrible to say the least. You have to deal with Hummels, M44s, Lefhs, FV204...
