I’ve only been in February. I used to go by school vacations in the past. Now, we have adult children and it gives us more options. I’m already booked for February. Old habits die hard, lol! Living in northern NY, and getting to the beach to warmth is almost a necessity for us now.
I picked early May for my relaxing and rejuvenating vacation and I’m so more excited for it after watching this video. This NY winter has being one of the worst in a while but I know it’s gonna be worth it once I lay on the beautiful Clearwater beach sand 😊
I'm glad I picked early May for my trip. I chose it because it avoids Spring Break and is also too early for summer school break. I don't need every restaurant and boat outing overloaded with people.

As your trip gets closer, check out Denis Phillips on Facebook. He's our local weather guy and you can count on him to shoot it straight without any of the hype. You should be fine in July!
